They are very friendly, resourceful, positive and very detailed in all your needs. The installation was on time and they take the time to explain all the details about your warranty and how the new AC system works. Very good company!! Very happy with the service I received from this company. I called them on an emergency basis, and they were able to come over right away. They installed a new system to replace my old one, which was not working as well as it should be. They also fixed some of the issues with the old system that were making it difficult for me to use.
They were able to fix my heating and cooling system within a few hours, and they were very friendly and professional. I will definitely use them again if I need any other repairs done.

So happy with the work, and so happy to have found such a great company. The crew is top notch professional, on the phones, with automated payment, really just a pleasure to work with.
450$ for a service call... wow... had another guy come and fix the problem for 45$. What a joke this guys prices are.
Everyone I worked with at this company was professional and kind. Of course, my air conditioner broke down in 95 degree weather on a holiday weekend, and it was dead dead. The senior technician who responded to our panicked late-night call, the office staff who made everything happen efficiently, and the installers who dealt with the heat and humidity to get my new unit up and running quickly, were all terrific. I highly recommend Knights Heating & Air.
I called Knights Heating & Air Services and scheduled a check of my humidifier. They booked me in the following day. They checked on our water pressure and lowered it to the appropriate levels. They were very knowledgeable about our system, which I greatly appreciate. Kudos!!

I have no reservation in recommending Knights Heating & Air Services for their excellent services! It has now been almost a year and have not had any issues with the American Standard AC unit they installed. Needless to say Knights Heating & Air Services got my business. Had a complete breakdown of my furnace on a Sunday morning The temp outside was 9 degrees and it was 60 in the house.Knights Heating & Air Services came out and because we pay them a monthly contract fee, there was no charge at all. They fixed my furnace, did a check to make sure it shouldn’t happen again. Simply the best!!
