The counter guys are well versed in HVAC parts. I usually get what I need.
They have plenty of parts and some good employees. They do not offer refunds even with receipt

I called to see if they carried a part I was looking for, but all I got was a bad attitude. I feel the person I spoke with shouldn’t have contact with the public. I drove past them to make my purchase, and drove past them to get home, but I will never try to buy anything from them.

Some of these guys need a serious customer service training if they want to stay in business. Unfortunately, for the customer, there are not many alternatives in the area

Editing this review. Not all personell is unhelpful. I've been back and there are a couple of good employees. Old review, Incompetent staff. No customer service skills. You may be knowledgeable but if you have no customer service skills and don't know how to speak professional to a potential client, you should not be allowed to represent a company behind a sales desk. You're not in the refrigeration business, you're in the customer service business. I wouldn't go back here, I can get treated better and receive better prices at Munch's or something else down the street.
