Do not use this company!! I have tried to have them come to my residence to service my HVAC unit and no one has shown up 3 times. I have asked to speak to managers and no one gets back to me. They will not allow you to speak to anyone other than the people who answer the phones. Do not sign up for any service with this company
This was the second time that we were headed out of town within hours, and Astro Heating & Air Conditioning came to our rescue that guaranteed we'd have AC upon our return. We couldn't be happier with their responsiveness and work - kudos for their 5-Star service!
Horizon Heating & Air Conditioning Co. is an awesome company. They care about their customers. They have offered to come late at night and on their off days to solve heating/air conditioning problems. Their service contract is convenient and saves money. I would recommend them to everyone.
I called 3 times to setup an appointment to have a furnace looked at. I called initially, I called the day before, and I called the day of. When they finally patched me through to a tech he was on the other side of town and could not make the scheduled time slot. Terrible communications from this company.
This is only my second appointment with this company overall. The first visit in Dec was great and this visit solidified my choice to keep doing business with them. Mike was my service tech for this visit and he was extremely professional and honest with the state of my furnace and recommendations.
I was very happy with the service. I called them a few times and they came out right away. The guy did a great job. He also gave me some tips on how to maintain my garage door.
I am writing this review because I know how important it is for you to have a reliable heating and cooling system in your house, especially in the winter time. I highly recommend them for all their services. I have been using them for a few years now and they are always on time and professional. Jeff was courteous and knowledgeable. He was direct in what he identified issues and possible solutions. I was impressed by the timeliness of his arrival. I felt comfortable with the honesty and professionalism of this organization and in particularly with this technician.
I hired this company to service my heater, I was told one price, “$149.00” to service my unit 3 times a year. When the technician came he looked at my heater lit the pilot light & said it’s good. This company charged my credit card more money. They are misleading , distrustful & liars I’m reporting this company to the Attorney General office because this is unacceptable , if they did it to me their doing it to others……… The scam stops here!
Horizon Heating & Air Conditioning Co. serviced my geothermal system and resolved issues that a previous company could not handle. Their tech was friendly, professional and took the time to thoroughly explain everything that needed done and why. I will use them again.
My air conditioner was installed a few years back by Horizon Heating & Air Conditioning Co. and runs great. They always do a follow up every year. This is an honest and dependable company. I recommend them to all my friends and colleagues.
Fast and professional repair service by Eric! He was very courteous and knowledgeable in explaining what was wrong and how to solve it. The solution was pricey but we needed to do it. We will move Eric and the Horizon Heating & Air Conditioning Company to the top of our list!
Eric did a fine job with us. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. He explained what and why he was doing the things he did for us. They were very thorough and highly competent and did the installation within a record time and we were very satisfied with the results. Horizon Heating & Air Conditioning Co. always do a great job for us! They installed a new HVAC for us in 2015 which has saved us lots of money on both our heating and cooling bills. Their service department also gets top marks. Eric was at our home this morning checking the furnace and did a meticulous job. We openly recommend them to anyone!!

You guys were so awesome to come out on a Friday evening! Eric was fantastic, and got me in the loop the whole time! He had a smile on his face when he arrived, and was quick but very thorough. I am glad that the installed furnace works efficiently as well as the repaired air conditioning. I will highly recommend you guys to anyone that I know!
From the initial assessment to the actual installation of my AC every staff member was great in their communication and work. They responded to all my questions in a timely fashion every time and were very professional. They left me very satisfied with their service and would recommend them high.
