Vladimir was responsive, timely, and professional. He diagnosed the issue quickly, then took the time to explain the issue and help us understand our furnace. Fairly priced replacement parts and labor. Highly recommended.
Vladimir was very responsive and quickly came to assess our broken AC. Unlike other vendors, he seems to have our best interest in mind and took an approach to extend the life of our current system when others recommended immediately costly replacement. Now we have a working AC and tile to decide how to proceed. Hero Air will definitely be our preferred HVAC vendor moving forward.

Vlad is the best!! He’s honest and trustworthy. He replaced a furnace and an a/c system quickly and left the area clean of debris. He knows all the technical things. He is professional, polite, hard working and efficient.
Amazing experience!! We were in a situation where we needed our our furnace replaced ASAP! Hero Air came out that day same and was able to remove my old furnace and put in a brand new one. They were extremely thorough and super informative throughout the whole experience.
Excellent experience with Hero Air. Vladimir and his crew were on time , professional install of my condenser and coil. Cleaned up like you didn't even know they were there. Will be having him come back to service my second floor unit.

I have used Hero Air for two services. First time was with the furnace maintenance. The technician proved how very knowledgeable they are by pointing out details that previous technicians never mentioned before about my furnace. The second time I used their services was when my water heater was leaking and needed to be replaces. They were very responsive in servicing me and once a replacement was ordered they delivered the replacement, installed it, and removed the old unit. Very professional service.
Vladimir responded to my inquiry within minutes. He made an appointment the same day to check out our furnace and immediately diagnosed the problem. He had a solution and a reasonable estimate the same day and came out the next day to fix the problem. He was very responsive and quick. This was greatly appreciated as this was done ahead of a storm. Thank you Vladimir!!!
So happy I decided to go with Hero Air! Vladimir was professional, prompt and honest. He came out during a snow storm to fix my furnace and he explained exactly what the issue was. He also noticed my fire alarm was dead—he removed it for me and explained how to replace it. I’ll definitely be using Hero Air again in the future!

Excellent professional service! Vladimir was very responsive and on time. New home owner of an older home and which needed a tuneup of a 20+ year old furnace. I was really hoping we didn't need a new one...not yet. Vladimir added a missing safety switch, which he, as well as our inspector, identified as an issue. However, by putting that safety switch on, it caused the furnace to not run for a few days. Turns out something else needed to be adjusted as it the current setting was quickly triggering the safety switch. At least we know the safety switch works! Vladimir came out the earliest business day possible and adjusted the furnace so it runs optimally. Hopefully it will hold up until next Spring when we'll be calling you again for the A/C. Thank you!
