The guys did a great job. They set them up and showed me how to work the remote. They even had a spare battery because one of the two remotes didn’t work. I highly recommend using them for your Heating or Cooling needs.

I can’t recommend Heat Cool enough. They installed our original AC almost 20 years ago (when appliances actually lasted that long), and we’ve used them regularly for preventative cleaning/maintenance. They’ve always been kind, on time and professional. I am now getting a new AC and John, the owner, has gone above and beyond helping with his 44 years of experience on this next AC. HeatCool installed two HVAC units in my high rise condo. They were fast, courteous and efficient. When one unit failed just after the one year warranty, they came by, replaced the motherboard and charged me nothing, even though it was beyond the warranty for labor. I can't recommend them more highly!
I’ve worked with HeatCool for over 15 years. They have serviced 10 of our furnaces, mostly for my tenets. They are very clear on what needs to be done. They show up quickly and get the fixes or replacements done. Very happy with their service.

HeatCool is by far the best service company that I have ever used in any kind of industry. The people there are smart, efficient, honest and kind. I cannot recommend them highly enough. They were able to build a custom radiator for my 100 year old building plus they have installed and maintained my A/C in said building. They are fantastic!

The team at Heat Cool was superior. Due to negligence on the part of a condo owner, as a renter I could not repair air conditioning damage alone. The ceiling unit required significant labor and expertise to repair severe damage. Samir, Josef and Larry along with the owner calmly spent 3 days installing and repairing the unit to completion. A 5 star recommendation for experts who know what they are doing. 4 weeks without air conditioning in luxury high rise is now over. Maybe I will sleep well tonight. Thank you HeatCool!
I used this company to inspect and troubleshoot some noise on a through the wall AC unit. The service technician John was very professional. He contacted me with expected arrival time, and was very respectful of the space. He took his time to examine the AC unit, then he explained in detail of how it worked, and showed me exactly where the problem was, and how he was able to best solve it. Great service and very good experience.
I needed replacement for the AC unit at my apartment. The technician came on time, gave a details description of his findings and options for me to consider. Following that, the work has been scheduled and it was completed at the set time. All the team was very professional. Customer service was very responsive and patient with all my questions. I would not hesitate to do business with them again in the future.
Had warranty issue with window A/C. Gave me complete run around. I finally solved issue myself by calling the manufacturer who sent me a replacement unit immediately. Would not recommend this company.
John came to inspect at the furnace, air conditioner, and water heaters. He was beyond knowledgable about everything. He was able to explain the problems and show us what was happening. He was honest and straightforward about everything. The price was more then fair to inspect everything. Theresa set up the appointment easily and was in communication the entire time. I would work with the company again in a second. Highly recommended.
Not a professional or reliable company. Double charges for service calls for the same problem on the same appliance. Charges over 100% markup on parts. Save your money and take your business elsewhere.
Heat Cool saved me from an $8k bill by repairing an AC unit that other, larger outfits said couldn't be repaired and had to be replaced. The Heat Cool techs were very knowledgeable and repaired the unit within a few hours. I highly recommend.
