We researched our HVAC decision carefully. The quality of installation was important to us. The work done by Chris, Martin, Eric and Ray was excellent and detailed. They were extra careful with the work, the detailed installation, and l our floors. I would ask them to install anything for us! Also, Jasper, the representative who came to our house, was detailed in his explanation as well as attentive to our needs and the requirements of our condo. We are happy with Guardian!

My air conditioner was not cooling properly so I contacted Guardian and they were out in 2 days to repair my air conditioner. My technician, Nelson, inspected my A/C unit, diagnosed the issue and made the repair quickly. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend Guardian for your A/C and heating needs.
Just had my AC replaced. Miguel, Alex, Jose and Jerry were the team sent to me. They were very professional and did an excellent job. Highly recommended! Great team.
It’s never a good situation when your furnace dies, but I couldn’t recommend the service that Guardian and, in particular, David provided in getting me a replacement system. Incredibly detailed and thoughtful, great installation experience, warm heat and cool AC. Thank you, Guardian!!
After encountering a repeated issue with a newly installed unit. Guardian sent a more senior employee to troubleshoot the problem. Nelson and Jonathan spent a considerable time assessing the issue with the water condensation in the pan and tripping the thermostat to turn off. Nelson explained the issue with the negative pressure causing in the system and made some adjustments to the newly installed equipment and hopefully will resolve the issue. Thank you for your professionalism, service, and explanation of the problem. I will continue to monitor if anything else arises, I will reach out.
Jasper Pitrello was extremely professional, patient, and helpful for us with the installation of a new mini split AC system. He even took time to diagnose the issue with our current system and estimate repair. He gave us a very positive, low pressure experience that we appreciated very much. This is our second experience with Guardian and we've been very impressed and would recommend them and Jasper to anyone.
Sergio was a breath of fresh air after our last service provider was less than ideal. He gave us piece of mind and found a solution that fixed our issue. We’ll continue to use Guardian.
We used Guardian to come and take a look at our system after we had a slight leak from the vent in our bathroom. Nelson came much earlier than expected (which was great), and was diligent and through with his assessment of our unit. He carefully explained the issues and how we should approach fixing and monitoring our system and I felt confident about our situation after he left. I would certainly use Guardian again and wouldn’t hesitate recommending them to a friend.

Have had terrific experiences working with Guardian. They have been prompt and professional in all of my interactions, and I have been a highly satisfied member of their preventative maintenance subscription plan. Feel compelled to write specifically after one of their technicians, Peter, came to assess some potential moisture/condensation concerns and was able to identify the problem (ultimately non-HVAC related) and help map out steps toward a solution - really going above and beyond to help me solve my problem. Highly recommend their services.
We are very pleased with Sergio's great customer service, knowledgeable, and professional service he provided while fixing our heating furnace issue. He explained what the problem was and what our options were. He went out of his way to thoroughly checked his work before leaving to make sure that our furnace issue was resolved. We will definitely ask for Sergio again should we have any more problems in the future. Nowadays, its hard to find an honest person that cares about his work and his customer. Guardian came the same day I called to set up a repair appointment. Nelson, accompanied by apprentice JR, was professional and courteous. He explained the problem and the cause of the short cycling of my furnace, then discussed other services he thought I should be aware of, such as correcting the faulty installation of my hot water heater by a previous contractor. He also encouraged me to have Guardian do an annual inspection of by heating/cool systems. I was pleased with the service and the cost------just by basic service call price of $89!
Sergio was efficient in diagnosing the issue and performed troubleshooting to determine what fixes may exist. He was able to locate the needed part and did same-day install. The price was acceptable and he (plus the support at the office) were good to work with. Thank you.
The technician Sergio was prompt, professional and remembered important information from the last visit that assisted him on this visit. Additionally, Sergio communicated with me the various work items and filter replacements with me.
I have a lot of HVAC experience both personally and professionally and I've never encountered a better company in my past 30+ years. Guardian is amazing -- there is no one better. We trusted them to install 3 new heating and cooling systems now plus a fresh air system. Everything has been flawless.
