Global performed a furnace removal and replacement project at renovated bungalow. Mike was extremely responsive, quick to service, and did not put any pressure on me to make decision based on his proposal. He answered all questions thoroughly/promptly and provided recommendations to maintain and service my new furnace. The technician responsible for the installation worked independently, neatly, performed clean up and tested operation of the new equipment. I would trust and recommend Global for any home HVAC maintenance or replacement needs.
Last company misdiagnosed my issue and charged me $800 for parts that hadn't failed. I self diagnosed and Global agreed with my diagnosis. They changed the part and I finally have a fully functional furnace again! Honest work for a fair price.
New AC install was handled in an afternoon. Paul and the team were quick, efficient, and knew exactly what they were doing. Called Friday morning, they came out to provide an estimate same day, had the install done by Monday. Invoicing very clear and payable online. Just a really good experience overall.

Kamil explained everything thoroughly and was very personable! As a first time home owner having never had to work with an HVAC professional before, I learned a lot and he was not pushy to sell additional services as he was diagnosing the issue our AC unit had. He is very knowledgeable and you can tell has a lot of experience. I would absolutely recommend Global Heating and Cooling to anyone who lives in their service area.
I live in an 1890 house, so there always seems to be something needing Global’s help. Every time they come they are punctual, responsive, and very able to troubleshoot even the more challenging problems. Most recently, they did a full compressor replacement and we were up and running before a hot weekend - they made it happen just in time. I can’t imagine calling anyone else!
Maybe these guys are good with typical AC units, but I would not recommend them if you have a mini-split! I was having an issue with a mini-split unit and requested someone come out and take a look. I understand early October is a busy time, but it was extremely difficult to even get a hold of them, and they did not return any voice messages left. However because of all the positive reviews I wanted a quote from them before I proceeded and after 3 days of calling was able to schedule an appointment. I will say, once the appointment was scheduled they provided text updates confirming times which was nice. The actual service call was a joke however, the guy came out spent about 15 minutes setting up but there was an issue with the unit remote control so he could not proceed. I asked if it was possible to fix and he said I would need to do everything by calling LG directly and getting a new remote specific to the system serial number (spoilers, this was a lie, the remotes work exactly like programing your TV remote) . After doing nothing except showing up, he informed me there was a $120 charge just to come out, which was not disclosed to me before booking, despite the fact that he did nothing. I asked if at the very least he could give me a quote for a new system install, which he promised I would get by the end of the day. No quote was ever given. I tried calling but it again went to their voicemail and at that point I was done and just moved on to another company. Edit in reply to the owners response: despite what they said in their response, they never sent a quote. The only email I ever revived was the receipt for the 120 I paid, and some "let us know how we did" emails. Additionally definitely did not call the service tech when I tried to follow up, I called the main number here on google.

We needed a whole new AC system quickly in the apartment we have tenants in. Of course this happened during the recent heat wave so time was of the essence. I called at like 10/11pm on Tuesday night and Yola patiently walked me through a troubleshoot that I could do myself (no charge). She told me to call back the next day if it didn’t work. Well, unfortunately for me it did not, but they were able to send someone out that day despite the busy schedule of the heat wave. I’m less than 48 hours of having the issue start, we had a brand new system that works better than our own! Great job guys. Thank you!!
The best. These guys spent literally all day making sure our HVAC system was properly installed and working. We live in a unique Chicago property that requires installation on the roof, and these guys went above and beyond to make sure the job was done right. I have a ton of confidence in this company and am very happy we chose them for our hvac needs.
Had Global inspect 3 water-sourced heat pump units in a condo I’m considering buying. The woman in the office was very helpful in fitting me in the schedule and was very knowledgeable re HVAC. Camil (sp?)and another tech arrived on time and determined two of the three units need to be replaced. I thought the charge to inspect each unit was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them.
Kamil responded quickly to a failed AC on a hot day.. identified and fixed the problem fast... educated the owner and gave better information & maintenance tips than any other company. Quite reasonable pricing too. Thanks!!

This company provides fast turnaround time they very professional in all aspects of their job. They did a high velocity system for us, heat pumps furnace replacement radiant heating and many more. I highly recommend this company for many reasons, Slawek and Mike showed up almost what felt like momentarily after i called the company after my furnace gave out in the middle of the night. They were professional, and explained the problem and fixed it right away while being super clean. 5 stars I highly recommend!
Kamil and his team are top-notch. Great value for money to start with and exceptional follow up service. My HVAC was completely replaced in the summer so months later when I finally started using the heating in the winter and there was just a bit of a snag they did not stop until it was all perfectly working. Highly recommend!
