I really must say, they are prompt, professional, courteous, they clean up after they are done. I had 3 other estimates before I called them, they weren't the cheapest and they weren't the most expensive either. When I checked them out they have excellent ratings and reviews. They are licensed,bonded&Insured. They have a AAA member of the BBB. Their response time was amazing, The Service Manager James told me that the furnace could be fixed but because of the repair cost and all the water damage, that it probably isn't worth fixing, the furnace I had was 23 years old, and yes it did have alot of water damage. So instead of fixing it and having to worry about the next break down, I opted for a new furnace. These guys do excellent work, I would recommend them to everybody I know. They are trustworthy and reliable. I have dealt with a few contractors over the years, and I can honestly say that they are the best, hands down. Art.B.
I have an elderly aunt and uncle who live in the Chicago area, still in their own home, and their furnace suddenly went out over the weekend, and since they are not very tech savvy, I quickly went to work calling local HVAC companies in the area. Giant HVAC were the quickest to respond, and they were out the very same day to repair their furnace, so they wouldn't freeze in their home... Their speedy and friendly customer service is top notch, and I would highly recommend them to other westside and northside Chicago residents! They even proudly serve local small businesses HVAC, plumbing and refrigeration needs too.

Had service 3 weeks ago for my ice maker. Now the ice maker is not working properly. I called to schedule the service and they said the technician would be at my place during 1-6 pm. I waited till5 pm and called them agian, the person answered my phone promised someone would be here about 6-7pm, which they never did. Great service and no credit for this company.

First day the heat came in, I noticed my AC wasn't even working. Looked up some HVAC services and decided on these guys. Didn't take long for them to show up and now my AC is working again! Thanks guys
Went to turn on the AC and it was blowing hot air all day. I called these guys to schedule a maintenance check and they came a few hours later. They were in and out and my AC is working fine now. 5 stars, would highly recommend!!!
Overall excellent service! My AC unit was not working consistently, and the technicians came and took the time to explain to me the reasons why this was happening. They got my unit working like new. Before they left, they gave me advice on things I could go through to troubleshoot problems and keep my unit running well. My AC unit has been working great since then. They were very professional, the pricing was the most reasonable I have seen in Chicago, and I will definitely be using them in the future.
