I am very happy with the service we received from Gardner Industrial Heating & Cooling! They came out the same day I called. Everyone is very professional and polite. Vicky did a fantastic job and fixed our problem. We will definitely be using their services again. I plan on hiring them to do maintenance on both of our air conditioning units.
Was very happy with the HVAC services provided by this company. The technician was knowledgeable and professional, and he quickly diagnosed the issue with my air conditioning unit. He provided me with a clear explanation of what needed to be done and completed the repair quickly. Excellent service today from Gardner Industrial Heating. Our technician was Dorsey. He was on time, professional, efficient and knowledgeable. I am old-school when it comes to customer service and value. It has become more difficult to find good service that is reasonable and dependable. And even more difficult to find great technicians. I highly recommend both the company and Dorsey.

We hired this company to replace our 40 gallon hot water heater a week ago. Gave half the money $800.00 up front for them to purchase the tank. They chose to buy a very cheap one that only has a 3 year warranty. We called the manufacturer and requested an extended warranty (we would have paid for this) but was informed that is Not offered on this model. It is only covered for 3 years because it is one of their most inexpensive models. To our surprise the manufacturer informed us that if the purchaser had spent another $40.00 to $60.00 of our money the warranty is 6 years on those tanks. In conclusion we will have to replace this one in 3 years. What a terrible mistake we made using this company. Also it was a very simple install. Very disappointed, Mike & Donna

My technician arrived exactly on time. He correctly diagnosed my problem based solely on my verbal description. He had the problem fixed in about 30 minutes. Fantastic, friendly, and knowledgeable. Eli was very professional and fixed my unit very quickly. He went beyond to show me some features of my AC unit that I was unaware of. His charges were very fair.Would definitely recommend.
They came on a Sunday for emergency of a broken AC unit. Only charged a normal service charge which was refundable if work needed to be done beyond the service call. Got us running and came back the next day to fix everything and blow out the drain. Seemed like reasonable pricing. Eli was our tech and he was great. Would definitely recommend Gardner Industrial Heating & Cooling.
I suspected that i had a crushed duct in my attic. Gardner Industrial Heating & Cooling came out, found the issue and fixed it all in a couple hours. On top of that they took pictures of the whole fix to help explain the issue. My attic is tiny and hot, but the job wasn't an issue for them.
Eli from Gardner Industrial Heating & Cooling came for warranty maintenance check up on the heater and evap cooler that I purchased last year. He was prompt and diligent in chasing down answers about a counter intuitive evap thermostat and a sealed motor that the instruction booklet told me to lubricate. Highly recommended.
Eli and his colleagues were very professional and accommodating. They showed up on short notice and were able replace my furnace. I had tried to contact the original company that installed the dis-functional furnace but they were not responding. I was very much impressed with their thorough job.
