Annual Technicians have always been great! Had a problematic install 5 years ago (due to inexperienced installation crew?) but units have been performing well overall. Not sure if I would use them again, but 10 yr warranty was a plus.
Scott came to our home on Friday July 7th to do an A/C tune-up/check on our 3yr old Lennox . Our unit was in great shape but blanketed thickly w/cottonwood fluff . Which he removed beautifully . He then came inside , covered his shoes and inspected the air handler . He was very professional, knowledgeable and polite . First experience w/Four Seasons and we were very pleased . They left the remains and trash of the old unit on our 4th floor in front of our neighbor’s doors , same for third floor and basement! They didn’t pick up behind themselves leaving my neighbors disgruntle and inconvenienced. When I called them about my concerns they were slow to respond. We got a 7k unit and only got 200 dollar worth service! Unfortunately I won’t be recommending Four Seasons to anyone
Four Season representatives and installers were very professional, detailed, helpful, honest, courteous, clean, polite, prompt, patient and respectful . The nicest part was you actually talked to the representative, installer and a manager. I give Four Seasons 10 stars. I was very, very, very pleased and happy with the service I received. A friend recommended Four Season to me and I have absolutely no regrets. Kudos to Four Season. A great, great, great big shoutout to Four Season.
Technician checked furnace and air conditioner. Unit needed to be switched back on, due to circuit breaker. He swapped out the filter, checked the wiring, and we were good to go. Also, he was attentive to my concerns, and helped educate me for future purposes. Very pleasant person and pleasing result. Thank you!!!!
We use Four Seasons a lot, but they have become quite aggravating lately because they think they have a right to send you as many text messages and emails as their system can support. Just got one on Friday night (!) "reminding" me to review them. They texted me multiple times leading up the appointment starting about a week before, and, on the morning of the appointment, they sent me an email saying to expect a call between noon and 4 PM. At 10:30 AM, they called while I was in the shower to say they "are on their way!", and they arrived before noon. They send so many texts and emails that they must not have time to check them for accuracy. They must be so confident of their superiority that they don't care how much they aggravate their customers. They do a good job and are reliable and a good value, but someone else might be, too, and that someone might not be so aggravating! NB: If it is so important for you to get good reviews, try to avoid sending text reminders about it on a Friday night! (They just called, probably thinking that the best way to respond to someone who doesn't want to be texted on a Friday night is to CALL them even later on Friday night! I used the same dentist for 30 years but have stopped, and one reason is their belief that having a phone number entitles you to use it whenever you want, however you want. Not a big deal, maybe, but there is always a single straw that breaks the camel's back - how many do you want to pile on it needlessly??)
I called the company because our AC stopped working. The technician told us we need a new AC because it was leaking some fluid. We agreed to replace that unit trusting the technician. We were charged $7,000 for this unit. A week later the AC stopped working again. My husband went downstairs and noticed the new pipe they installed was frosted and leaking. We called them again to fix this issue. The tech said it was fine just the catch pan was out of place. A few days later again AC stops working. We call again they send a technician out and know he says it a control board issue and probably got water damage that would cost US another $1,700 to replace! We said we are not paying for that because they obviously caused the damage when installing that new AC because if that damage was there originally the past technicians should have been able to see it. Now the company has left us with no AC for 3 day in 90 degree weather because they are supposed “look into it” but every time I call their is no update and I get told someone will reach out with a resolution but no one has yet to do that for the past 3 days! **update* we are satisfied with the resolution
UPDATE 7/6/23: Brand new air conditioner already stopped working. They can send someone today but they may not arrive until 11pm. Issue with basement floor still not resolved. For the sake of your sanity and hard earned money, choose a different company. The technicians were polite and respectful and seemed knowledgeable. I even bought them lunch and drinks. Even after they were 6 hrs LATE, they didn’t leave my house until 1:03 am. Showing up late wasn’t the only issue, they the electrical wire to my lights and absolutely ruined my basement floor that just redone earlier this year. Company had electrician come the next day to fix wiring issues and offered me $150 credit for the mess the technicians didn’t clean. My floor is ruined. But hey at least I have a new air conditioner and furnace. Please don’t use this company.
Update** Manager called me with in a hour of this post to correct the issue and resend another professional rep out to reinspect the system. Much appreciated! The rep took no longer than 3 minutes to look at my system and determine I need to buy a whole new system. Mind you, my system I literally less than a year old. I asked him to maybe swap out the control board and see if that would fix the issue. He didn't even bother, told me I need to buy a new system from him for 7.5k. I asked him to leave after that.
I called for service and was VERY pleasantly surprised that they offered same day service without even being asked!! Most companies have trouble staffing and therefore meeting customer expectations. This company greatly exceeded mine. Not only did they come out within hours of calling, but when they realized they needed a fluid that was not on their truck, they set another appt time for later THE SAME DAY for another technician to bring it! Can’t say enough. Will use this company any time I am in need of their services!
I've been a customer's for Four Seasons for several years now. And I have always followed up with. all there maintenance that the system required. and lately there service has been very terrible and extremely expensive. I know quite a few people. That have their Central air system . for over ten years and have never experienced any type of issues like i'm going through Four Seasons wanted to charge me. $3000 Dollars to fix it. and even then, The repairman wasn't sure if the system will continue, To work wish it made absolutely no sense. They were trying to push me into purchasing a $9000 Dollars unit. Again After 10 years. I mean, let's think about this. You have to buy a brand new unit. Every ten years After keeping up with the yearly maintenance. This can only mean that their Center air system isn't reliable By me having my mother that 85 Years old With health problems Stay with me. It is extremely important that the AC run at all times. As your customer, I am extremely very disappointed..
Some technicians here are knowledgeable. However, I would not recommend. I called four seasons to check my furnace after smelling gas around the area. They told me it was coming from the old furnace and it needed to be replaced. I replaced the furnace with them, and the gas smell continued. Beyond that, the technician messed with my built in humidifier, causing it to leak into the furnace and shut off the entire system (twice) which included my AC when it was well over 90 Degrees in Chicago. They sent out different technicians — none of which could identify or fix the gas issue. One tech directed me to call their plumbing division to investigate further, so I scheduled an appointment with them. The plumbers never showed, and when I called them, they explained that they cancelled the job after reading the notes that technicians came and didn’t smell gas. Yet they never alerted me of the cancellation. Extremely disappointed with this experience and will not be using them again.
I have used the company twice. Once to tune up my furnace and another time to do the same for my air conditioning unit. The representatives waste a great deal of your time trying to get you to buy new units because your current unit is old. Old doesn't mean out of commission if you are taking good care of it. Yes you may have to do a repair because it is old. This was the 1st repair on my AC unit in literally 20 years (Because I had it inspected and tuned up every year by a company that went out of business). This was the fisrt time the AC needed a new battery device. Eventually the representative replaced it. However, both experiences involved wasted time telling you about the cost for buying parts versus buying a new unit. And the the cost to acquire new units seem extremely high. In addition, I had to tell the last representative to stop messing with my furnace and please check my AC. Finally he did. Because of the service peoples' knowledge, the units are working fine. But to waste people's time trying to get you to buy new units when it is not necessary, reduces my confidence in the experience. I am reluctant to call them again if needed, due to the sales pitch hassle. I would give them 2.5 stars due to the sales pitch hassle.
Our Air conditioner went out. They were here the next day and confirmed it needed to be replaced as well as our 30 year old furnace. 2 installers worked 12 hours straight the next day without any breaks. Very pleased so far.
Four season was amazing! My AC went out during 4th of July weekend and NASCAR weekend and they got a technician out the day I called and he was great he got everything fixed even though it was raining. He was very nice and took the time to explain the issue to me.
The installers were originally scheduled to be at my house between 8a and 10a. Then when they verified the day before, the arrival time was changed to 8a to 12 noon. Then i received a call saying they were going to be late, around 1p. No one showed up until 3p. When i called to ask why, no one at the company seemed to have answer or care why the installer was so late. The installer said he did not start till noon. He was very nice and got the job done in an efficant mannor. I would not recommend the company because they did not care to explain why or care that the installation was going to be so late. Just blew me off and told me to talk to the installer who had nothing to do with it.
The markup on your products is shameful, if I can get the exact same units or slightly better for half the price you're in the wrong. Your tech that was only out for an estimate left a nice big four seasons sticker on my furnace, that went in the trash. You don't seem to offer anything above or beyond any of your competitors so it's a hard no from me. No to the sale and no to any service calls. Good luck out there everyone.
When I called Four Seasons for an estimate they did not tell me the price over the phone so I decided anyways to go ahead with their services- my mistake. Only after the work was completed I received the bill for 4x the market rate of a drain unclogging- and when I mentioned I got the service before for 1/4 of the price, I was pressured into paying the bill. As a busy mom I was absolutely taken back by the way they took advantage of me and my situation. I will not be using this service again and will advise everyone I know to do the same. If you are looking for someone to hire for your services, you are better off going with an honest individual, and not this company.
4 seasons was here the same day I called, got us a new air conditioner installed within a day. Very professional the installers were. Joe, gave us the price and checked everything, helped us the whole way. Used 4 seasons 20 years ago for our furnace. I highly recommend.
Franco helped price out some different furnace and AC options after ours went bad. He was incrediblly helpful in giving us options and explaining different systems and components. It was a great low pressure sales experience. Careese and Kenyatta were extremely professional and stayed to make sure our AC and furnace install was working for a really hot and humid day the next day. It was a great experience and their hard work was much appreciated. We'd recommend Four Seasons to our family and friends Thank you!
