Calling to set up service was the fastest easiest process I’ve ever experienced with great customer service! These guys know their stuff and are dependable!!! Great fast and efficient service maintenance!! Ivan went out of his way to make sure my husbands phone was sinker to our thermostat! Thank you all!
Tony came over and installed a new air purifier system that the company has started to offer. This was not his first time coming to our house and he was efficient and very friendly as always. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had and made sure we had all the information we needed to make the best use out of this new system. He was an overall great guy and he made sure we had a great experience!! Never disappointed with him! Their service and professionalism is way above others that I have used previously.
When you deal with Foley Heat & Air Conditioning, you can expect expert service and high-caliber work. Paul was excellent and very knowledgeable. From now on, I shall ask for him specifically. The fact that he entered our home wearing boot coverings was something I really appreciated, especially because I have young children who enjoy playing on the flooring. Thank Foley for being a trustworthy business with excellent workers.
Foley Heat & Air Conditioning showed up on time, kept a clean and quiet workspace as we worked from home. They positioned their trucks in the driveway so I could come and go with our kids' school drop off and pickup. They wore proper face masks and gloves during these Covid times! I can’t thank them enough for their excellent work! My ac looks awesome and works as it should! True professionals ! Thanks again for getting our snow melt system hooked up and ready to go for the winter! I highly recommend them!
I called this company to get a estimate on installing a new steam boiler and the person on the other end of the phone immediately tried to sell me two options. Option number one was to charge me $149 for a one-year package. Option number two they wanted to charge me $300 to come out and give me a quote on installing a new steam boiler. I explained to them that I just need a estimate on what it would cost mainly because as a homeowner I'm going out and getting three estimates. Then this guy says to me that this is a service call and I said this is not a service call I'm calling to get a free estimate and he said that this is how the technicians charge. Why would I pay $149 for a service package when I might not go with their company because of their pricing. And I'm surely not going to pay $300 to get a quote. In my right as a homeowner I have the right to get three quotes and two other companies that I have called are not charging anything to come out and give me a free estimate so what's up with this company trying to sell me something right off the bat. That does not seem very professional to me.
This was our first time using Foley Heat & Air Conditioning and we were very pleased. Andrew came out to the house and he was very thorough and honest and took the time to explain everything to us. It turned out we just had a leak in one of our units prior to using Foley Heat & Air Conditioning the last company we had was very quick to tell us we just needed to replace the whole unit. Andrew explained to us that we had plenty of other options. We are very happy with Foley Heat & Air Conditioning.
First time homeowner here. Andrew was the tech I was supposed to have on Saturday. I had actually overslept and missed that appointment, and he was very kind and understanding about it on my next appointment Wednesday. I know from my own business how frustrating that can be, and although I had effectively wasted his time on Saturday, he was incredibly professional and informative on Wednesday. He took a lot of time just to educate me on how my AC unit works so I’ll be better equipped in the future. By doing so, he not only helped me make sure I’ll be able to handle things more independently going forward, but assured my return to Foley Heat & Air Conditioning should I need any further assistance. Overall a wonderful experience. Highly recommend.
I have been using Foley Heat & Air Conditioning for many years.I called them one day as my central air was not working and the inside temp was unbearable.Their technician arrived within 1 hour and fixed the issue. He was polite, knowledgeable and pleasant.I will definitely recommend them.
Everything was amazing from the first phone call, to explaining everything and answering questions during quote. They installing units and make sure everything was ok. Everyone was polite and professional. Would definitely hire them again.

Andrew from Foley Heat & Air Conditioning came over to provide a spring clean and check of my HVAC system. I could not have had a better experience. To have someone come to your house and treat it as if it was their own is extremely rare today but it was very much appreciated! Their attention to detail is what creates clients for life!!
We received outstanding service from Foley Heat & Air Conditioning, when we purchased a furnace and air conditioner. Our service technician was very professional and efficient. The company went above and beyond to provide satisfactory installation of the furnace, a/c and humidifier. I will definitely refer them to friends, and I will return to Foley Heat & Air Conditioning again!
Was quite impressed by the work of Fred and the team at Foley who came to replace our A/C in our house. Fred who oversaw the work was extremely professional, taking the time to explain every detail of the new unit. The installers were efficient, thorough, and diligent, replacing the system in our house in seemingly record time. Would highly recommend Foley Heat & Air Conditioning team for any home improvement services.
