Excalibur Heating & Cooling technicians did a great job installing a brand new heat pump system and ducts for our home renovation. The team was extremely fast and did the job right the first time with no issues. I will use them again and be telling others about the great service we received.

We contacted Excalibur Heating & Cooling and they responded quickly and booked an appointment for 2 day later. Len came by and figured out the problem and fixed it promptly. We are very happy with the repair and the communication.

This is not an actual location to get service. Calling the 847 phone number resulted in bad information about the services they provide. Customer service hung up on me the first time, and the second time someone else answered and was completely unhelpful.
The installation was completed once the work group arrived at their destination at 8am. Jesse then arrived and finished the air conditioning setup and even demonstrated to my father how to operate the thermostat, which was quite easy to use. I've hired Excalibur Heating & Cooling team twice now, and both times they've been fantastic. I'd always suggest them.
Company is a scam. Need basic AC repair. Was upsold on a service contract and was told I would be prioritized for service that day. Guy never showed up during the window - no phone call - wait around all day. Called the company and they said they could reschedule IN A WEEK. Very unprofessional company. Don't believe a word they say.
Excalibur Heating & Cooling's technician quickly diagnosed our heating problems. He warned us about what we should be on the lookout for. Because our furnace is ten years old, he recommended that we replace it, especially if the problem reoccurs. After I called the night before, he was dispatched to our house before 9 a.m. the next morning. Thank you for your prompt response.

This is my second time using Excalibur Heating & Cooling. Both times the service exceeded my expectations. Our last technician was very punctual, attentive and knowledgeable regarding our A/C unit. He took the time to explain each process and answered any questions that I had. Would definitely recommend him and Excalibur Heating & Cooling for any A/C related work.
The tech had our AC up and running within 30 mins and pricing was inexpensive. The technician was very knowledgeable and accommodating and explained what he was doing. I now have a service contract so I won’t be left in a lurch when the unit decides to stop. Thank you guys!
I went years without A/C in my current home, but with the summers seeming to get hotter every year, I finally gave in to purchase an a/c unit. Excalibur Heating & Cooling was recommended to me from a friend who used them for air conditioning repair and I would certainly pass on the same recommendation. Gad came out the next day after I called in, assessed my home and provided a recommendation for the proper size unit. A few days later his install team came out and performed the air conditioning installation. Loving the A/C on hot days and overall I had a great experience!
We had an ac unit we knew that would need to be replaced soon. The old unit was nearly 25 yrs old. We also needed to have the HVAC system replaced We had shopped around with more than five vendors. The guys at Excalibur Heating & Cooling were professional, able to explain the process provided a very competitive pricing, speedy in their work. The guys stated that that would be back in 3 months to follow up they called and were promote and professional . We would highly recommend Excalibur Heating & Cooling guys for any HVAC work
Excalibur Heating & Cooling guys are amazing. It started with a call from their technicians 15 minutes before my service window began, to let me know he was 10 minutes away. He was polite, courteous, and very thorough. He fixed the noise in my son's air vent - so its happy nights of sleep for us. I am extremely happy. Would definitely use again and would totally recommend!
Wonderful service by Fred! He not only told us what he was doing, but also why. Came for air conditioner, but also checked the furnace and changed the filter. Very professional, well mannered and takes pride in his work. Kudos!
