I 100% recommend Elvis with any HVAC needs! He has great communication and is very personable and knowledgeable. We also love how honest he is when answering our questions. Our AC was from the 90s when we moved in a couple years ago, and recently when we our house wasn't becoming any cooler with our AC on all day, we knew we would probably need a replacement since it was 20+ years old. My parents had Elvis come out last year to repair their furnace, and right away, they recommended him to us. When I initially contacted him, I wanted to be sure he could come to Schaumburg since he is in Chicago, and it was no problem. I initially asked for him to complete a diagnostic to see what was wrong, and when he arrived, he came to the conclusion that we had a refrigerant leak. He told us he could replace the refrigerant but informed us that it would be an expensive short-term solution. As a result, we hired him to replace our AC unit, and since we were paying for a whole new unit, he didn't end up charging us for the initial diagnostic. He worked with my husband's and my schedule to come and replace it, and he was able to come on a Saturday, which was so nice. He even came the next day (Sunday) for about an hour and a half so that he could test everything and finish some last-minute details. He did everything on his own, and it took him a day to install. He walked us through everything he had to do, and when done, he was also able to haul away our old unit. He was able to provide our HOA the required insurance docs and also the specs for the AC unit, AND he worked with the Village of Schaumburg to get the required permits. Overall, he did an amazing job, and our house feels so comfortable again. The new unit is much more energy efficient than our old one, and we even have a 10-year warranty on the unit. We will continue to call Elvis for any and all questions or repairs.

This review has been long overdue. We have rental units and have hired Elvis to help with our heating and air conditioning and we have been extremely happy. But we were especially happy with the quality of the work and speed of installing our air conditioning unit for our Airbnb. He saved us then. We received a five-star review from our Airbnb guest then. Additionally, my husband calls Elvis anytime we have something weird going on with our heating and AC systems in our rental units. Elvis shares tips and tricks for things that we could avoid bringing him in so he does not charge for something simple we could do ourselves. We will definitely keep working with Elvis.

Elvis is very professional and honest. He has been our go to guy for quite some time and he always does a great job. He has installed our furnace a few years back and just recently did our AC unit.
My HVAC system needed replacement and Elvis was prompt, courteous, and did a great job replacing the entire system in a timely fashion. I appreciated his attention to detail, knowledge, great service, and clean work. Following the installation of the new HVAC system, he made sure to test both cooling and heating. Elvis is great! I had a very old furnace that somehow was still running but I was sure it was going to be going out sooner then later and with winter coming did not want to take any chances. Elvis came out and did a thorough evaluation of my system and gave me a clear explanation of everything. I was ready to hire him when circumstances occurred that I had to delay. When I reached out to Elvis the following winter he remembered everything about what needed to be done. This was in the midst of coming out of Covid so prices changed but only slightly. He stuck as close as he could to my original quote. I think he literally had to rebuild my entire furnace system to handle today's code and furnaces and he did a great job. It was a lot of work but he made sure everything was perfect.

Elvis is great! Called him Monday was able to come the next day but due to my schedule I wasn’t going to be available to so found family to let him in on that Thursday! He was very patient as I have a condo and he had to go to the roof many times to diagnose the problem. He fixed the problem and he even texted me to let me know the ac was on and working while I was at work! Will definitely recommend to everyone I know!!!
Our furnace stopped working at 9pm and it was in the single digits outside. Called Elvis Air Heating & Cooling and they showed up in 30 minutes! It was just a minor issue that they were able to fix at the spot. They were very professional, knowledgeable and polite. Outstanding service and a great price!!!
I have a fairly old HVAC system in my home and have had the heat completely go out twice over the last two years when temps outside dropped below freezing. Both times I called Elvis and he was able to come out quickly (this last time he was able to come out the same night for a very reasonable after-hours fee). He was able to get my heat up and running within a few hours both times. The pricing is fair and he's a pleasure to work with. I know I will be calling him when my old system eventually goes out for good, and I hope he continues to work in this service area for a long time. You won't find a better HVAC professional.

Elvis is fantastic! He replaced our AC this weekend and he was so professional & efficient. We had a unique situation in that we live in the city and have a very small space to get the AC in. He was able to find us an AC system that fit perfectly ( which is not easy to do) and yet had all the power we need. I truly appreciate his hard work and research in tailoring an HVAC system just for our needs. Other people came in and tried, but Elvis was the one who we hired because he got the job done quickly, cost effectively and with the best solution. I highly recommend his services if you need any HVAC repairs.

We have not had our heating or air system checked for a long time, so we called Elvis to come in for a maintenance check up. He took his time and checked both systems thoroughly, explained everything in detail , performed any maintenance necessary, and told us both systems looked great. We feel confident in saying Elvis will now be our heating and air conditioning company - honest & reasonable; that in itself is worth 5 stars!
