They were all professional and all provided first rate service. The installation team showed up on time and worked effectively and efficiently throughout the entire process. All questions were answered and we were always kept abreast of the entire installation process. The office followed up with a detailed invoice and pictures of my repair. I was extremely impressed, and would recommend Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating to anyone willing to listen!
Great customer service, they called me multiple times to get my air conditioner maintenance done that was complimentary. I kept canceling the appointment due to high covid rates, and they kept calling to make new appointments. They could have easily just said it's past the complimentary service warranty, but they didn't. They just came out and did the cleaning and said we have another remaining!! Such great service!
When I called Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating early one morning, they were able to schedule my repair for the following day, which was fantastic! The expert arrived on time, quickly identified the problem, and quickly replaced the fractured igniter. He was incredibly nice and pleasant to work with. The fee was reasonable, and everything went off without a hitch. Thank you very much for your prompt and courteous help!
Josh came to start up our central air conditioner. It was installed in August along with a new furnace. Now was the time to inspect and ensure that the AC was running properly. Josh has visited in the past for furnace-related calls, he is always friendly and patiently answers all questions. We are happy with the service provided by Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating!

The technician that was sent was very courteous and thorough. He took the time to answer questions and explain his maintenance procedures. He was able to remedy an issue of concern and provide information for effective future maintenance. I would definitely recommend it.
For no charge, the technician did an in-attic evaluation of our duct system following a rodent infestation to determine if any ducts/insulation had been damaged. He also replaced, for a very reasonable amount, three air duct ceiling registers with ones with adjustable vanes to redirect air and eliminated drafts in part of the bedroom. In addition, he provided a lot of valuable information about other aspects of the system. He is very professional and knowledgeable. We will call on Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating again for HVAC service.
HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Hard working, trustworthy guy here. Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating was contracted to me through amazon when I ordered a mini split, I was quite unsure of what to expect. All my expectations were exceeded, and I can be a picky/skeptical/hard customer at times. I would absolutely use this company again, and would highly recommend it to others. Tom was personable, excellent communication skills, and worked hard all day, didn't waste a minute. At the same time, he was smooth and methodical, worked very clean, didn't make messes. Very patient and calm and knowledgeable guy here
I used Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating to replace my furnace, water heater and install a new air conditioning unit. It was a wonderful experience from beginning to end! I appreciated the time they took to explain all of my options, and went above and beyond to ensure it all went smoothly. After the installation, the technician walked me through everything that was done, and explained simple things I can do to help maintain the system (change your filters regularly).
Recently used Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating for a second time - this time to fix a furnace that was only working sporadically. My experience this time around was just as good as the first. Their repairman showed up promptly, was very professional and courteous, and quickly debugged the issue with my furnace. He presented me with multiple options for fixing the problem, and gave me cost estimates for each. When the work was completed, the final tally actually came in under his original estimate! Overall, I am very pleased. Kudos!!
I strongly suspect this company engages in fraudulent activity. I had set an appointment and was told that their technician would come and "survey" the problem then set a second appointment to do any repairs. The first appointment would require a cash or check payment, and the second appointment would be more than 24 hours after the first, conveniently long enough so that a stop payment on a check could not be made. Highly suspicious. Stay away.
Amazing experience! Josh, the service technician was very helpful. He explained what he was doing to service my air conditioner and why. This is the 2nd time I have had Josh do my service and he is just great.
Scheduling with Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating was so easy. All their techs are very friendly and responsive. They arrive in the scheduled time frame as agreed. Have been using this company for several years now, and have had very good experience.

My experience with Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating technician was great.He was very professional but friendly. I have not dealt with another company that goes the extra mile like Scottsdale I was having serious problems with our air conditioning and thermostat and he was able to fix the issue.I was very impressed and would definitely recommend them.

Nice people, professional, I’ve used Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating for 3 years to take care of any HVAC and water heater problems that I’ve had on several different properties. I like their extended warranties. Totally worth it. And as an architect and designer I’ve worked on many projects with them for new installations. Highly recommend!
Our A / C went out on Tuesday night around 7 PM. With a 2 month at home, it was important that we get the problem fixed, before the summer heat caused our house to be unbearable...Nick, their service tech, showed up within 45 minutes of my call and had the issue fixed in under an hour! Wow!!
Elixir Air Conditioning & Heating technician was very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. I really appreciated the fact that he explained in detail what needed to be done to ensure that our furnace was again fully efficient. I would definitely hire them again.
