They sent an employee who started 2 weeks ago to my home to fix my AC. He blew my electricity and fried my AC. The electrical power to my fridge no longer works as a result after he left my home. Now after just purchasing a brand new AC in 2019, I have to get another. Do not use them. Run

The technician was on time, showed up, completed the repairs and was gone. I appreciate his promptness and the fact that I received a text letting me know he was on his way. The price I received for the work I needed done was a fair price, so I’ll definitely be using them again in the future.
This company is the most professional company I have dealt with in a very long time. They were ,prompt, courteous ,and they check to make sure that service was done well and is still working. The Tech that came explained everything and was really knowledgeable and courteous.

Matt and a fellow worker came out as scheduled and remove my old furnace and replaced with a brand new furnace. We experienced a hiccup require some adjustment which Matt tended too immediately. In fact, he refused to leave until the problem was completely controlled and finished the remainder of adjustment the following morning as promised. The service was phenomenal and I will definitely use again for future HVAC needs.

Throughout the whole process of purchasing my new HVAC system Direct Improvement LLC was there. They answered every phone call and question that I had. The day the system was put in the technicians was courtesy and professional. If there is ever a need I would use this company again.
I’ve known for years of the quality of work done there. I plan to be a long time client. I didn’t know of the “multitude” of other repair services offered. I’ve always used Direct Improvements for heating and now, for more services. I will recommend them whenever I’m asked by others. I trust their workmanship and leadership.
