David Ciechanowski inspected our water heaters today . He was very thorough and informative and clearly presented all the options open to us. A great service technician.
You don't think about loyalty to a heating and cooling company, until you work with Deljo. Came out same day to fix my A/C. David, the tech was professional and answered all of my annoying questions.

We had a wonderful experience with Deljo and Giovanni, specifically, as our service technician. Giovanni was extremely knowledgeable, kind, informative and hard working. We had flooding from catastrophic storms that short circuited our AC unit, and Giovanni was able to identify the problems and talk us through our solutions. We are grateful for his empathy, hard work and attention to detail in fixing our unit.
Andre was very polite, courteous and informative! I was on a tight schedule and he completed his work in a timely manner w/o cutting corners; much appreciated! I’ve been using Deljo for 16+ years, and I’d definitely recommend them.

Update: We DELJO come out today and Joe did an amazing job! Professional, friendly and patient with how he explained things! Def recommend them! Deljo always does a great job and has a friendly, knowledgeable staff! Eric came out today and took the time to really explain what was going on. We have only had positive experiences with their entire staff and def recommend them!

It was a pleasure bringing our Mobile Escape Room to Deljo for a great team building event with their crew. Everyone was extremely friendly to our team, and great problem solvers when it came to the escape room. If they can solve our escape rooms, they can solve your heating and cooling needs. We called to get a second opinion on our failing AC system after a visit from a very well known HVAC company. I can't even begin to express how much better our experience was with Deljo! Matthew T. was prompt, professional, incredibly thorough, clearly explained the problem and next steps, answered all of my questions, and was personable to boot. He blew the competition out of the water.

I was experiencing an issue with the thermostat, so Deljo sent David Ciechanowski out to take a look. Not only did David resolve the thermostat issue quickly, but he also undertook to review the air conditioning system for a second time, knowing that it had been too cold during the original maintenance visit to completely test the system. I was very impressed with David's thoroughness, his initiative, and his pleasant and professional manner throughout his visit. It was a pleasure to work with him.

The technician checked the furnace and condenser. He also cleaned the condenser coils and provided advice on the furnace filter, duct cleaning, and other issues. Excellent service!
Our technician, Aaron, was on time, professional in his work, answered my questions, wrote a detailed condition report for me to keep track of our HVAC equipment and left me his card so I can consult with him for any future concerns regarding our HVAC equipment. He recalibrated our thermostat and showed me how to use it. He also changed our filter pad and instructed me about it’s installation. Aaron provided excellent service during his maintenance call at our home.
