Repaired my furnace at a fair price, did not try to sell me services I did not need
Our heater stopped working at a very inconvenient time, but they were able to fit us in their schedule and get it up and running again quickly. I thought the price was fair, and they were very professional. Would definitely use them again in the future.
I was very satisfied with the service I received. The tech was very nice, professional and informative. I wouldn't hesitate to call on them again.

These guys at Decker Heating & Air Conditioning were great. Much less expensive than 3 other competitors' prices and they did a great job. They also repaired my old AC unit, in the middle of the heat wave, so we stayed cool while waiting the 1 week lead time to get the new AC and heat units installed. Thanks you've got a customer for life!!!

After owning a Trane system which was installed in August 1995 and still operational when it was replaced Dec 2019, i was convinced to call Trane for replacement quote. They scheduled Decker Heating & Air Conditioning to assess my needs for a new unit and provide a quote. I did get many quotes prior and they were neither the highest nor lowest. You could tell they wanted You to have a good experience from the start. The installation was a all day job but they were prompt and kept me informed during the entire process. The installers were polite, professional, neat and thorough. I would strongly recommend them any day, if you any HVAC projects.
Decker Heating & Air Conditioning team are very professional. They installed heater on schedule, were very meticulous and clean when doing cuts on the ceiling and getting in and out of attic. They were also very transparent about the specifications and quality and cost. We had a multi-stage project to install heater in winter and A/C in Summer and are very happy with their service. Highly recommend!!

I was so impressed with the professionalism, efficiency and teamwork of the entire staff to remedy the situation. Great service is hard to find nowadays but at Decker go beyond the call of duty for their customers. Give them a try!
The semi-annual maintenance was performed Joe and he did a great job of communication and performed the work needed to see that my system will perform good this coming summer. Thanks Decker Heating & Air Conditioning for the help. I signed up for continued services.

He even went above and beyond, quickly taking care of a secondary problem that I threw at him when he arrived! High-ranking client service all the way around!
We had shade sails installed over the shallow end of our pool. Joe did a fantastic job. He connected the sails so that we can quickly remove them for the winter or for a storm. Definitely recommend and will hire him again.
Joe from Decker Heating & Air Conditioning came out to provide a quote on our broken furnace. I was very happy with Joe's explanation on the different options available for me to choose and he help provide pros/cons for each option. I chose the mid-price option and he got to work. Two hours and a half later, my furnace is fixed and performing incredibly. I could not be happier! I would recommend highly.

Wow you guys are truly awesome quotation mark I was done I was going to be in the cold for the rest of these cool days but they fully this company came through in the issues that we need to have my heat was back with her tomorrow they didn't charge me a lot of money and they even took the extra step to correct all of my bare wire into the system and made everything up-to-date with the new codes.
These guys did a magnificent job on my heating and cooling system. And since my heat system has stopped working I have been trying to find a solution to my problemthank God that I will stumble upon the number to this coffee cream out and got the job done and suck me a lot of money and that my cooling system works perfectly thanks again you guys.
