I can't say enough good things about D's air. I was without heat and Darryl came through quickly, with excellent work to install a new system, didn't try to upsell me once but gave me options to suit my needs, was communicative (sending me appointment confirmations and estimates for each option by email) and reasonably priced! Darryl and Derrick are kind, explained everything to me, and did a beautiful job. Definitely recommend!

Darryl came to my property in Avondale to add air conditioning to an existing furnace. Additionally he insulated ductwork in the attic to prevent condensation. He was very responsive, talked through different options for brands and the install process, and was timely. The install went great and he even came back to take a look at a vent that was making a noise. I'd recommend Darryl and plan to use him for future work.

In the middle of a chicago hot streak my ac broke. I had ABC come out and they diagnosed the problem but had to send a salesman the next day. He quoted what seemed a very high price so I called D. His price was 2,000.00 dollars less and he came to install on a Sunday. Did a professional job in a timely manner . Will use D for any hvac work I have in the future.

We had a great experience with D’s. It started with a VERY fast response on initial contact. Multiple options were presented and proposals were delivered rapidly. Install was problem free starting with quick scheduling and prompt arrival on install day. Work was efficient and professional. Workers were friendly and respectful. D's installed an air conditioner approximately 2 years ago and when he installed my AC he was friendly and responsive. However, he installed a defective unit. The issue was brought to his attention, and multiple requests were made to him and his response has been that he could not find the part. At first, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought he would repair the issue quickly without issue. Boy was I wrong. I feel as though he has not bothered to even look for the part and just tells me that he has not found the part to get me off his back.. This whole situation really bothers me since I paid a lot of money and I expected quality work, service, and equipment. I selected him because he had high reviews and I had no idea his work and customer service would be so bad. I do not recommend his services so look elsewhere. 9/20/19 Response. D I don't understand why you stated in your response that you can't find my invoice but you contacted my daughter about this situation not long after I posted my review, and you agreed to obtain the part. Also, you use Quickbooks to bill, so it should not be difficult for you to find my account since you have received two payments (one for installation and one for a repair not including the defective part). I see you are trying to deflect from my issue, and as such, I no longer want to deal with your business..I will directly call Lennox for the part and try to repair it myself.
