D’s air & heating is very reliable & professional, I called them for a service call for my Air conditioner, they seen my door needed repaired and they also fixed it too D’s air & heating did an amazing job I’m 100% satisfied thank you D’s air & heating
Did a great job working through the night to insure we had a new hot water heater replaced and ready to go by morning. great craftsmanship and walked me through the process. no surprises and a job well done.
Installed Water Heater for me - Bradford white. Excellent price, Very professional, fast and responsive. Cleaned nicely after the job was done. They have the best price in Chicago for water heater installation.
Called at 4:30pm and Darryl was able to come in and fix our problem the same day. Darryl is very knowledgeable & Service was very prompt and professional. Would definitely recommend to anybody that’s in a pinch.
I can't say enough good things about D's air. I was without heat and Darryl came through quickly, with excellent work to install a new system, didn't try to upsell me once but gave me options to suit my needs, was communicative (sending me appointment confirmations and estimates for each option by email) and reasonably priced! Darryl and Derrick are kind, explained everything to me, and did a beautiful job. Definitely recommend!
Steam boilers are a challenge. When other techs walked away from the challenge, Darryl took to the task, tracked down the real problem and got it fixed.
I've used D's for general maintenance and an emergency install, they are always very responsive and helpful, and went way above and beyond to help me in a jam. I'll gladly recommend them to anyone and they will get ALL of my heating and air business in the future.
Darryl came to my property in Avondale to add air conditioning to an existing furnace. Additionally he insulated ductwork in the attic to prevent condensation. He was very responsive, talked through different options for brands and the install process, and was timely. The install went great and he even came back to take a look at a vent that was making a noise. I'd recommend Darryl and plan to use him for future work.
In the middle of a chicago hot streak my ac broke. I had ABC come out and they diagnosed the problem but had to send a salesman the next day. He quoted what seemed a very high price so I called D. His price was 2,000.00 dollars less and he came to install on a Sunday. Did a professional job in a timely manner . Will use D for any hvac work I have in the future.

D and his men do reliable work for a fair price. In two different homes over the past ten years, D has installed high-quality central air conditioners, with great success. He explains what he's seeing, and what he can do, and gives you the different options. Highly recommend!

Very professional and they even diagnosed a problem i didnt even realize was a problem and took care of it with no problems. It was really important to get someone to fix my issue asap and they came same day and even picked up all the materials needed. Definitely recommending and using again!!
Our AC was running however blowing warm air. D's came out, diagnosed the issue (low coolant and bad blower). They replaced the motor and recharged the unit. It has worked well since. Service was prompt and friendly. Would recommend!!!!

We had a great experience with D’s. It started with a VERY fast response on initial contact. Multiple options were presented and proposals were delivered rapidly. Install was problem free starting with quick scheduling and prompt arrival on install day. Work was efficient and professional. Workers were friendly and respectful. The new Lennox system (furnace and AC) work great and were at at good price. I would highly recommend D’s based on my experience and will likely use them for service moving forward. Thanks Darryl.
Darrel is diligent, knowledgeable, efficient, and easy to work with - super friendly. My heat was not working and I sent out requests for quotes on yelp. Darrel was quick to respond and came over the next day - on a Sunday, for no extra fee. His price was fair, if not below average. I highly recommend him. Darrel makes the heating and cooling industry look good. I am keeping his card forever.
D's Air & Cooling did a one day turnaround for a thermostat / furnace issue and corrected the problem very quickly. Highly recommend!
D's installed an air conditioner approximately 2 years ago and when he installed my AC he was friendly and responsive. However, he installed a defective unit. The issue was brought to his attention, and multiple requests were made to him and his response has been that he could not find the part. At first, I gave him the benefit of the doubt and thought he would repair the issue quickly without issue. Boy was I wrong. I feel as though he has not bothered to even look for the part and just tells me that he has not found the part to get me off his back.. This whole situation really bothers me since I paid a lot of money and I expected quality work, service, and equipment. I selected him because he had high reviews and I had no idea his work and customer service would be so bad. I do not recommend his services so look elsewhere. 9/20/19 Response. D I don't understand why you stated in your response that you can't find my invoice but you contacted my daughter about this situation not long after I posted my review, and you agreed to obtain the part. Also, you use Quickbooks to bill, so it should not be difficult for you to find my account since you have received two payments (one for installation and one for a repair not including the defective part). I see you are trying to deflect from my issue, and as such, I no longer want to deal with your business..I will directly call Lennox for the part and try to repair it myself.
