These guys are amazing! We’ve had a furnace and an AC unit installed by them and they are wonderful. Felix and Orlando were extremely professional and knowledgeable. We enjoyed working with such a great team! I highly recommend them, we wouldn’t want to work with anyone else.
I just purchased my first house and had Chicago HVAC Repair Dpctor come by to do a cleaning/maintenance check on my heating and cooling system and I cannot possibly recommend them enough. Josh and Orlando were incredibly kind, approachable, and communicative the whole time. I had a couple improvements listed on my inspection report and not only did they read the report prior to the appointment, they also said I didn't need a lot of the suggested improvements in it. I spoke with them at length about potential improvements and details about my new HVAC system and they were incredibly informed and were more than happy to answer my questions. Customer service is unparalleled and all for an extremely reasonable price. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.
Fast, friendly, professional service. 2023 update: Christian provided the annual maintenance on my AC unit and arrived on time and got the job done in a timely manner. Highly recommend this business.
I called and spoke with Erica!! We had no heat and she sent a guy out within hours. My family did not have to suffer in this brutal Chicago weather for long!! The repair guy was quick and very knowledgeable!! Thank you guys!
I had a quote from another business, and was under pressure to accept it. Though Chicago HVAC Repair doctor did not come out to give me an official quote, they very kindly gave me a ballpark estimate over the phone based on my requirements. I didn't even use their services, but they are good people.
I moved from a big condo building where all of the maintenance was handled by an entire engineering team, so I am fairly new to regular maintenance and repair for HVAC. It was very easy to schedule an appointment, and the customer service team responds via text message within minutes. We had to reschedule due to some cold weather, but they were proactive about it and it was easy to do. They asked the pertinent questions, like, will they need a ladder to access? Good thing, because I definitely wasn't thinking about that. Felix was the person who serviced our condenser unit. He was very friendly, professional, and on-time. He had to climb onto the topmost part of our building's roof, but that was no problem. He was quick and thorough, and gave me his best estimate on how many more seasons we may be able to get out of this unit with regular maintenance, which I really appreciated. I know our unit is older and it will need to be replaced fairly soon. Felix's informative and practical approach was helpful to give us time to plan for that eventuality. It also made me feel comfortable trusting his recommendations because it didn't come with an upsell; just facts. I will definitely be calling Chicago HVAC Repair Doctor back again for future services.
Rafael and Christian were great! They were polite, professional, and gave me great advice regarding my furnace. Showed up on time and as scheduled. Will definitely have them come again when I need maintenance.
We've used Chicago HVAC Repair Doctor for a few years now and Alan always goes the extra mile to get things done right! Customer service is prompt and communicative and turnaround times are great.
He reinstalled my furnace humidifier and did an excellent job. He anwered all of my questons and charged a fair price. The work was done very well. I will definitely use them again.
Technician came exactly when he said (which is always a good start) and gave specific and honest feedback on the condition of our equipment, without any pressure to do or buy something right on the spot.
Just had Alan come out for routine maintenance. As always Chicago HVAC is professional and takes the time to explain what is being done. Alan asked if I had any concerns or questions. I never feel like a rush job they are great! The systems they have in place work well for me…e-mail and text reminders etc. the office staff is always very good to talk to and respond quickly. Other family members utilize Chicago HVAC and we can’t stop raving about them.
Professional, informative, and early. I had a great experience with Erick when my heat went out and will continue to use them moving forward. One of the easiest experiences I’ve had dealing with HVAC issues!
Contacted HVAC doctors after having issues with our furnace. They were very professional and discussed all options for repair or replacement. We are using them to replace our system.
Love Chicago HVAC Repair Doctor! Always super professional and helpful. Had to call once late night when our heat turned off due to a leak in the humidifier - someone was there within an hour and got us all fixed up until the part needed came in and came back and fixed. As a Realtor, I’ve also referred them to all my clients who have also had great experiences!

Alan has performed maintenance and service calls for our house and is always very professional and knowledgeable. I always learn something from him and he’s very upfront about what he’s doing and what is happening. I would recommend them in a heartbeat.
Furnace went out in our rental unit. Called them and they came out the same day. Unlike some other companies, technician was professional and polite and said it was just a maintenance issue. Got it fixed right away. This family owned business is the real deal and I would take them over any of the bigger companies. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED !!!

Excellent service from Alan Garcia, fixed the unit, performed maintenance, and told me about this program where furnace and air conditioner can be included , which is very convenient for me. He is the best !
