Texted Pat on the evening of July 4th after noticing that my A/C went out and the temp inside had spiked by 10 degrees in an hour. Not only did he take time to respond on a holiday, he was able to help me troubleshoot the issue via text and suggest 2 possible solutions. I was up and running less than 12 hours later.
Patrick was phenomenal. The first adjustment didn’t work and he came back within 20 minutes to fix it. He is the absolute best - professional, reliable, and responsive. He did get stung by 5 wasps and I feel horrible, but he didn’t seem to mind because he’s an absolute badass. My review is so lengthy because my apartment is a cool 66 degrees right now and I’ve never been more comfortable. Choose Patrick if you want to be cool like me 😎

Our air conditioning went out on a day of temps in the high 80s. I reached out to Pat at Chicago Heating and Air late Wednesday night and he was already at our house Thursday fixing the problem. He was straight forward, quick, and so helpful throughout the process. This company treats everyone like family and I can’t recommend them enough. 10/10 We appreciate you!!
Patrick came to fix a pool heater and as it was just a simple fix that took two minutes he didn’t even charge me.
After receiving several quotes, I hired Patrick and his team for a complete HVAC system install in the summer of 2022. What I liked about Patrick is that he asked me several questions about the home and then advised me towards the most cost effective equipment. He did not try over-sell me on a product(s) I did not need. He did a great job working with me to schedule the best time for the install and they did a phenomenal job. Fast forward a few months later (it's winter), the burners were acting up and they were not kicking-on consistently after several cycles. I called Patrick and they came to my home within 24 hours. They troubleshooted the different possibilities to determine what the problem was, which was the Nest thermostat... it was failing. He replaced the Nest with a thermostat he had and we never had an issue since. Patrick is professional from day one and ever since. I highly recommend Patrick and his team all day long!! Don't go to the bigger companies (aka Four Seasons)... they will rip you off.
Patrick and his team are awesome! Chicago Heating & Cooling have performed the annual maintenance on my condo air conditioner for several years. They accommodate my limited availability when scheduling, are always on time, personable and very polite. I trust them to come into my home and they do a great job. They even changed the batteries in my smoke alarms when I was struggling with that task!
Very responsive! Communicated with me throughout the entire process. Made me aware of what was going on. Install went smooth. Delivery went smooth. Pricing was very reasonable. Will definitely keep Pat as my number one guy future projects or repairs.

This is the team you need in Chicago with the constant weather change! Our air-conditioner was not working right when we had a dramatic temp change, the tech was able to fix the issue, and have cool air flowing with in minutes! It was a great quick and easy experience. Please do not hesitate to give them a call for their service!

I had the pleasure of getting some guidance from Patrick even though he does not serve my area. He went out of his way to go over quotes with me from other companies to ensure I was getting the best deal possible. He went above and beyond by explaining the different systems and how I could save money. I highly recommend doing business with him he is trustworthy, honest and very knowledgeable.

Chicago Heating and Cooling installed a vent for our dryer that had previously internally vented. They drilled a hole in a drywall wall, ran the vent down two stories in a fire escape stairwell, drilled a hole through a cinderblock wall, and then ran the vent outside through an existing exterior hole. They did excellent work on an unusual job and were fairly priced. They were also very professional and friendly. I would use them again recommend them without hesitation!
These guys are the best in business. Pat installed a gas valve on my tankless water heater in minutes and it's never worked better. I highly recommend them!
