Mr. Burris showed up prompt and on time. I had an issue with my water heater tank and I thought for sure I was gonna have to get it replaced. Though it was a simple repair, he showed me what to do in the future, which I really appreciate. He was very knowledgeable and was even familiar with the plumbing in my neighborhood. I would definitely recommend their services and I would also use them again myself.
Mr. Burris was an extreme help in identifying the source of a leak and pointing us in the direction of someone else who could offer a specialized skill to fix our issue. He offered unconditional support and reassurance, refusing to charge us since he himself was unable to fix the issue today. We are satisfied and grateful to have a concrete course of action moving forward. This company just gained a future repeat customer!
Mr Burris came out on a Saturday evening and got my AC unit going on a very humid day. Mr.Burris also gave me a tutorial on preventive maintenance as well. I would refer him to everyone !!!!!
Today was the third day we sat waiting on two different plumbers that never showed up. I was at my wits end. I called thinking I could at least get someone out within a week. After speaking with this company they let me know they could get someone over within the day! A couple hours later Mr. Burris came in the house and was immediately ready to address the problem (was also looking at other problems at no extra charge). He came in with humor and loads of knowledge. His banter with my father was also a riot. 10/10 would definitely recommend.

I had a great experience with Burris & Sons Heating, Cooling & Plumbing. They were extremely prompt, and fixed the problem immediately. It was a simple fix, and I appreciated being offered the opportunity to have any other plumbing issues looked at while they were at my property. I also got a quick lesson on how to take care of future issues myself. Not plumbing related, but also dog friendly!

I called to ask about pricing and he told me he doesn’t do free estimates and hung up without another word. Very rude. It surprised me a lot. I wasn’t even given the chance to schedule an estimate.

Mr. Burris came out same day to help us install our refrigerator water line. He was able to fix everything right away at a reasonable price. We also called about other repairs, and he instructed my husband how to do those over the phone. We would definitely call him again if needed, and we will recommend him to our friends!
