I called Mr. Ramod for a Hvac emergency on 6/28 and he arrived within thirty minutes from the call. Serviced my Hvac System and it has been running great since than. I highly recommend Mr. Ramod services.
Ramod from Browns Heating and Cooling was incredibly helpful and quick to fix our issue with our AC! He immediately had parts ordered and came out the next morning to replace our condenser fan. He was extremely professional and we were very satisfied with our experience. Definitely will be using them again in the future!
We had an employee come out and refill our AC unit with Freon and it was a fraction of the cost that other company’s charge and the employee who came out was professional and informative. We will use this company again in the future and highly recommend their services!
I recently had the pleasure of using Brown’s Heating and Cooling for an HVAC repair and they exceeded all of my expectations. From start to finish, the entire experience was outstanding, and I couldn't be happier with the service. First and foremost, the technicians were incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They arrived promptly at the scheduled time and they made sure everything was functioning properly prior to completing the job. They also provided me with valuable tips on maintaining my system. Their prices were fair and transparent with no hidden fees or gimmicks. Overall, my experience with Brown’s Heating and Cooling was outstanding. I wholeheartedly recommend this company, and I am confident that anyone who chooses them will not be disappointed. I will certainly use their services in the future if needed.

My central air went out on a Sunday, the first really warm day of the year. With an all window unit facing west, it got warm quickly. I found Brown's online and the reviews were excellent. I reached out via email as they were closed on Sundays. They got back to me within the hour and had someone over that afternoon. He was super professional, and walked me through all my options. Turns out I needed to replace my Central Air system. He provided a temporary fix and that cost was taken off the total of the new system. They were able to replace the entire system within a few days. They stick by their estimate and answer any and all questions you have. I will definitely be using them going forward. Their customer service was amazing. Thank you Enjoli for everything!!!
I've relied on Brown's for a variety of services and would highly recommend them, because they respond really quickly and communication is easy. Most recently, they installed a new HVAC system to address several heating/cooling issues we have in our old home. Ramod was super friendly and reliable. He patiently answered all of my questions, and explained the issues clearly while providing various repair options. The technicians that performed the install were friendly and professional.
Jared has great customer service skills . What loved most he called me to let me know his ETA. He arrived promptly. As soon as he entered, he went to look at the thermostat and furnace and begin to diagnosed the problem. Once he found what was going he fixed it immediately. Thanks Jared.
I am really glad I selected Browns to install my new furnace. Ramod was very thorough in explaining everything to me with my different options. He was patient with all my questions and very responsive. The installation took half the time they quoted and the installer was very knowledgeable and friendly. The price quote was competitive and they were able to install the day after I contacted them. Overall, very good experience and highly recommend.
Ramod made sure he made it to my apartment building on one of the coldest night and repaired my boiler at nearly 8pm! He's professional, made some recommendation, priced fairly & is highly recommended.
My family and I had a great experience with Browns Cooling! Our furnace stopped working the night before Christmas Eve 2022. Our home was freezing, however Browns took a last min appt on Christmas Day to repair our furnace. They also offer financing which was amazing. We had our new furnace installed right before NYE. The installation and parts costs were very reasonable and the quality of the new furnace is wonderful! I highly recommend Browns Cooling!
I received estimates from several different companies, but ultimately hired Browns to install a furnace, A/C, and humidifier. And I’m so glad I did! Everyone at Browns could not have been nicer—such a pleasure working with them. The team who managed my installation were on time, efficient, and meticulous—and very patient with my dog who insisted on overseeing their work. :) I have heat and the humidity in my apartment is no longer in the 20s so… so far, so good. If you’re on the fence, definitely hire Browns!
Everyone from this company was very friendly and helpful, it was really nice to feel like they really cared about fixing my issue! I would recommend to anyone and will call them again if I have any future issues!
I'm grateful for quick service on Christmas Eve. Ramod was friendly, helpful and efficient. I understand the extra charge for holiday services but the charges for the work seemed extreme.
I love this company. I’ve had them out a few times. Once when my furnace blew in my new home. They replaced it the next day. Next they fixed my ac not connecting to my ecobee and this last time they installed a whole home humidifier.
All around great experience! Will definitely call them again. Fast response, very thorough diagnosis and friendly/professional service.
Ramod saved me yesterday on the coldest day of the year! My heating started blowing cold air and we tried everything to try and figure out the issue and couldn't. I messaged browns heating and Ramod was out within an hour - and had the heating back up and running in 10 mins! 5* service and so grateful they could come out so quickly just before Xmas and during a winter storm advisory!
Ramod did an exceptional job. Installed a brand new boiler for us just before the blizzard/extreme cold hit us. I cannot recommend him enough. Almost forgot, his assistant Oscar was also top notch. THANKS AGAIN!!
The only reason why I'm hot and toasty in the middle of a polar vortex is because Brown's Heating & Cooling responded to my call 2 days ago and was able to send a technician (Ramod) within the hour, after completing a job in the next town! Yesterday morning, another technician (Michael) brought the parts and did an excellent job. I am deeply grateful. It is -1° this morning and I'm smiling.
What a life saver!! I used Brown’s Heating & Cooling on two different occasions when my furnace went out, at the very worst time of the year. Each interaction I’ve had when them they’ve operated in a manner of quick response, compassion and helpfulness. They are super knowledgeable and knew exactly what the issue was and fixed it in less than an hour. I am so grateful to have found this company and will not use another provider, I’m super confident I won’t get service like this!
