I had an ETA between 9am -11am no phone call no show, Called to find out if they were still coming and the agent asked for all my information again as if I was scheduling an appointment, Then had the audacity to quote me a fee of $135.00 a $50.00 increase from the previous quote. I politely paid my $85.00 service fee and denied the repair because if you will try to overcharge me $50 on a service call . You will most definitely up-charge the parts and labor.
He came immediately and fixed the furnace for me at 1:55am. Very pleasant professional person!!! Thank you.
They offer same day service & waive the diagnostic fee if you go with their quote. Tre the master tech offers wonderful service & definitely knows his stuff. The master tech came out & let me know that the reason my furnace was having so many issues after only 2 years of service is because not only it was improperly installed, but it is the wrong type of furnace for the way my house is built. They offered a better solution which included a tankless water heater that was much cheaper than what another contractor quoted to install a new furnace & redo the ductwork.

Timely, accurate, and skilled service. They probably saved my life and corrected a nightmare of a problem. Long story short I had an emergency weekend outage involving my furnace this winter. The support center picked up each time I called and were flexible with my scheduling needs. Their diagnostic cost was also competitive. This was a second opinion on my furnace that wasn't working properly. Robert was the technician that came out. He was very knowledgeable. He found carbon monoxide leaking ( the cause of my headaches) although my CO alarm didn't go off. He promptly arranged for a new furnace. I had previous chimney damage that affected my furnace. Robert brought in Brian, a lead tech who was able to help me rectify that situation. My new furnace is fully functional. Would recommend them a 1000%
The tech robert was late but i am still giving 5 stars because he made up for It with his professional services and addressing the problem quickly and efficiently.
Called this company on Tuesday morning to schedule an appointment to obtain an estimate for A/C repair. Appointment set for 1pm the following day, Wednesday, as of 2:30 pm no show. I began calling the number I used to set the appointment, would ring 5 times and hang up. No answering service, no voicemail? Why would I consider hiring a company for who can't keep the first appointment to get an estimate? No call from the estimator on what delayed him/her, no call from the company to explain the delay. Lost my business.to clarify, this occurred with the Chicago branch.

Best Comfort replaced our a/c, furnace, and water heater in 2011. Service was prompt, and we're very happy we chose BCHC with handling a large investment in our home. Even after 3 years, it's nice to see one of the original installers come into our home to perform our annual inspection. We have, and will continue to, recommend Best Comfort Heating & Cooling to our family and friends.
Called BCHC to come out and fix my furnace after it went out. Fast and great service they were out in matter of 30 minutes. I will recommend them to everyone that I know is having problems with their heating and cooling. Thank you for making this experience a good one. I have had bad experiences with other companies who charged me to just to come out and look and diagnose the problem. Not BCHC! Love these guys
Very Honest people great to do business with, I had a Furnace, central air, and water heater installed by them, over multiple visits to my home! Very satisfied overtime with there visits. I have to come to expect their level of service to be the same overtime, and it always is! I will be using their service for life! Great company, good people to do business with. best comfort heating and cooling has great service. my furnace went out and they were there within the hour of me calling. the gentlemen was very friendly and explained everything he was doing and was in and out in a sufficient amount of time....i would recommend them to everyone i know and will be using them in the future as well.
Trey was right on time and was very knowledgeable. He was able to diagnose and fix the problems with the furnace and did it in a timely manner. I would definitely use Best Comfort in the future!
Trey did a great job at my home. He replaced only the necessary parts (didn't try to sell me something that wasn't needed) and was quick and efficient. He also took several breaks to explain things to my husband over the phone. Though the price was pretty high ($610 for a broken blower)- the technician was knowledgeable and professional.
Superior Company really a great set of people to have in your home, came in got right to the problem, was very courtious and explained everything. I had a small clue to the issue, and they did not try to blow it up to anything bigger than what it just was! Great google stumble upon! Truly recommend them to anyone. Dont know what office they came out from, but I would think all there offices will treat you the same.
Repairman was very prompt and new what he was doing. Found the problem quickly and gave a very reasonable estimate. Furnace is running great. A+
Trey at Best Comfort answered the phone the first time I called him. All the other places still haven't called me back and it's been 4 days. He was at my house within the hour, and had the new unit installed that night. They did the work you would expect from a large company with a small company feel. It came with a great warrantee that you won't get anywhere else. I highly recommend Best Comfort Heating & Cooling!
