Came out right away, fixed our furnace.
My only regret is that I did not discover Berger Heating years sooner. It was such a pleasure to have someone who know exactly how to diagnose the problem without unneeded repairs. I was without heat; he was able to schedule a service call the same day. He diagnosed the problem, picked up the replacement circuit board and installed it in my furnace quickly. Two visits - finishing after 6p.m. The charges were reasonable. He is most certainly dedicated to good service. And I had heat 10 hours after I made the call. Most highly recommended!

Ralph Berger and his Team did the fastest 100 gallon water heater install I have ever seen or know of. They did it in a difficult basement setting and within a Sunday to Monday timeframe. Use Them!

Talk about knowing their craft!! Have been using this company for years for forced-air, steam and hot water systems (both installation and maintenance.) Highest recommendation!
Ralph from Berger is great. He knows his stuff. Prices are reasonable. After years with his pop & brother; Berger Heating is a true north side family company.
Came out and fixed A/C capacitor. No problems, quoted exact price. Good fix. Also helped look over the central heat and A/C units and let me know how to maintain them, etc.
Winter of 2013 My boiler pressure valve would leak water. Ralph came out and replaced valve charged $165.00. Next morning same issue water leaking. Ralph came out again replaced water pressure reducer $135.00. Next morning same issue , water leaking . Ralph came out agin released air our of tank ( no charge ). Next morning same issue. Water still leaks from pressure valve Berger heating was unable to fix issue ,and I am out $ 300.00. I decided not to call again and waist my time! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING THIS COMPANY ,because they seam inexperienced in fixing boilers. After this poor experience, I have not taken another chance on a heating company, and am still emptying buckets of water during the heating season.
