Called twice to try to schedule the service, keep telling me they will check their schedule and call me back. Never got a response from them. Poorly managed, Not professional at all.
Patrick has been our “guy” since we bought an older home a little over a year ago. He is incredibly responsive, professional, and helpful. He and Lazaro have replaced our water heater, furnace, and AC over the past year and have done a few bouts of maintenance and check on our dryer. Even with small questions we weren’t sure about — like capping a gas line after we removed an old oven the previous owners left — Patrick was quickly responsive and helped us out. Definitely recommend!!

Patrick and Lazaro did an outstanding job replacing our evaporator coil and installing a new compressor. They came in after another company botched the job, sold us things we didn't need, and pushed us toward replacing our whole unit. The guys from Always There are not sales-focused but rather they are service-focused, highly competent, and most importantly, honest. I wish we would have called them first. We certainly will next time!
Patrick was the absolute best. Good man and service provider. Came last minute to fix our commercial oven needed for business. Excellent and I highly recommend. Thank you.

Patrick is a true professional. He installed a complicated AC and Heating system and his workmanship exceeded my expectations. I have used him for several repair issues. He delivered exactly what was promised, I refer him often!
If I could give 10 stars I would. Patrick and his team are AMAZING! They were courteous, super knowledgeable, cleaned up after themselves, and made me feel very safe having the systems we have. They went above and beyond, answering m questions after hours and ensuring our satisfaction. I met with four different HVAC companies before choosing Always There and I am so happy with the choice I made. Highly recommend.

Patrick is a amazing, reliable, responsible and extremely professional. The guy cleaned, tested and tuned my heating system. Then upgraded me to a smart Nest thermostat including a new line with a “C” wire. Would highly recommend to a friend or family member. Great experience!!!
Very efficient and job well done
Patrick came out and fixed my washer that was no longer draining. He was super responsive, and able to come out same day. He did an awesome job with the repair, pricing was very fair, and he was very professional. I will definitely be calling him again next time I have an issue.
Patrick showed up when promised and was so thorough. The situation needed a plumber but instead of just telling me to call a plumber, he called one he knew while still on-site that could deal with the issue to explain what was going on and make the introduction. Very impressive!
Always There Appliance and HVAC Repair handles all servicing of HVAC in my building. Patrick and Dan have been quick to respond and repair the issues I’ve had and are courteous and friendly always. I highly recommend Always There for any repairs or servicing needs.

I called on a Friday around 2:00pm very hopeful to get someone out to fix my air conditioning unit. I really didn’t think I was going to be able to get someone out, but Patrick and his team were able to come out before 6:00pm. I have two children and for they were be able to come out same day, and be able to fix my air conditioner. They also performed routine maintenance on my furnace as well. I cannot thank Always There enough! Thank you Patrick!

I had recently purchased a vintage condo unit and had noticed some issues with the HVAC system. My friend recommended Pat and his team to come check out my HVAC system and I could not be more satisfied with the service provided. The team was responsive to my service request and the technician was right on time. He provided me with a great overview of what he was going to check and proceeded to quickly and efficiently conduct all the necessary checks. By the time he left the air conditioning was already at a lower temperature and I am incredibly satisfied with everything he did. I will certainly be calling Pat and his team for assistance in the future.
