Service was good they take care of business
I have to say I changed my review as the company and the owner of the company was kind enough to see me and get the furnace issue resolved now I can say 5 stars as he listen to what I had to say when he new that it was intact his employee with the wrong doing the owner gave me options to solve the matter and now I can say thanks for being so polite,kind and been able to fix the issue all I have to say thanks also for proving me with some electric heaters to keep my home warm until the new heater was place and got it running…….
This company is the best in the west south and east great work lots of knowledge and certified to the max and honest prices are unbeatable i highly recommend alfa and omega.

Beware of this fraud company. I wish I could rate them 0 stars. Their technician came to repair the HVAC system which they already fixed before (and paid for). He told this time that the transformer of the unit is bad and needs replacement. The unit is on the roof, hence I had no means to find out rather than trusting him. I paid $220 to put new transformer. Few weeks later, my landlord was on the roof for other maintenance work, and clicked the picture of my unit, where the transformer was looing rusty and clearly very old. It did not at all look like new. I reached out to this company via email and phone calls (Maribel is the person working on the desk) atleast 10 times, sending picture of the HVAC unit which clearly shows the rusted transformer, but they seem to be not interested to resolve this. They told me first that the technician has tested positive for covid, so he won't be in for 2 weeks. Then after 3 weeks, they told me that the technician will return back to work in 2022. Then I was told that she (Meribel) will reach out to the owner to help resolve this. But they never responded or came back. Now they have stopped taking my phones as well. Beware of this company.
ETHICAL: We have had them out for multiple properties and they never disappoint. Always on point with service, always the lowest price, and always respectful & courteous staff. I especially appreciate the sound advise on future needs for either waiting or going ahead on the big projects.

My 840k btu boiler went out at the beginning of the fall season and these guys came in and had a new one installed within two weeks... I highly recommend using this company... thank you

Was recommended by family, and I completely feel I was ripped off. I believe it was the owner who came to do a tune up on my ac and all he did was use my own water hose to clean the outside unit. That’s a tune up?! I also told him I was having an issue with my unit cooling and so he supposedly checked the Freon levels, and said they were normal. Was literally only at my house for less than 20 minutes and charged me $80 to ONLY hose down my ac. A few weeks later, I am still having the same issue, and had to call someone else. To my surprise my unit needed two pounds of Freon. Thank you to the actual professionals who came to tell me I needed Freon. Wouldn’t recommend this place, you’ll feel ripped off.

I never used this company. But they need to tell thei drivers to make sure they are clear when they change lanes wgen they are driving. They very bad deivers.
Great Service, fast and efficient.... explained to them what happened in this cold weather and house was freezing! they were so nice they came within the hour and my house was nice and warm by the time the kids got home.. Would definitely recommend them and will definitely use them for future services
Had some work done a while back. This company has been around for a while. The owner came out and did the work. No one else could beat the price. They are honest and hard-working. I highly recommend. They are my go to company for any repairs and maintenance.
