I have been using them for a few years now and I am very happy with their services. They have always been on time, courteous, and professional. The technicians are very knowledgeable about their work and they explain everything clearly so that you can understand what they are doing. They also offer a warranty on all of their work which is great because it gives you peace of mind when you're spending money on something as costly as heating or cooling your home!

I called Alpha Cooling and was able to get a same-day appointment to address issues with my system. The technician, Hamza, arrived on-time, was very professional, and walked-me through what he was testing to find the issue. He promptly fixed the issue and cleaned up the areas he worked in. He then did a further check of the system to see that there were no other issues. I highly recommend this company as its great to find a group that are responsive, honest, and capable.
