My service professional was Chris & helper.. Chris worked diligently to get my AC unit up and running.. he was quite knowledgeable about how the system works and was awesome at troubleshooting when an issue came up.. Great personality!! and would be happy if I called again for service and he showed up😂 knowing the job would be well done.. Keep up the Good work! :)
LIFE SAVERS!!!!! when I tell you this company saved me time and money! They came out the SAME DAY! I was not expecting that at all knowing that this is a busy time for all HVAC businesses. I appreciate their prompt response time. I will be giving them my business from now on.

Very professional and polite. The installers were very clean, took all of their trash with them and covered my floor. The company is very busy but responsive and prompt. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
Heating in Chicago in the wintertime is no joke. Over the past five years, I've had two very serious deficiencies uncovered in my 90+ year old apartment building by Kevin that made the difference between being able to provide heat all winter or shutting down the building. His thorough, professional approach to inspecting boilers and their associated systems has been invaluable. Reasonably priced, responsive and professional, the results speak for themselves.
He told me what to do over the phone. My AC was fixed in a flash and without a charge. I plan on referring this company to everyone.
Kevin did not complain about having to go through window to get on roof completed job in no time. House is cool.
Updating my pervious review: Kevin ensured a follow up appointment was scheduled and even attended the appointment to ensure all aspects of concern were addressed. I am satisficed with the resolution of the issues. Seems that my concerns with the customer service aspects have also been addressed.
They leave a lot to be desired when it comes to scheduling and customer service interactions. Called to schedule an appoint through my home warranty as the weather has begun to turn for the summer months and my A/C was not working. Seeing they they just were out 5 weeks prior to address an issue with the heating element it seemed justifiably possible that the previous work caused the current issue. Brought this up while explaining my current issues and was told 1) why did I wait 5 weeks to address my concerns as if I would have know about the a/c issue at that time. 2) that the deducible would still need to be rendered once it was determined that the issue was not due to the previous appointment even though I hadnt stated any concerns regarding the deductible. 3) I was misgendered multiple times despite correction and then given an excuse once finally corrected. I asked to proceed with scheduling and was put on hold rather than assisted. Once assisted again I could hear the previous person continue to use disheartening language regarding me and telling the current person to not adequately service me. Overall this has been an extremely traumatic experience.

I've passed this business soooo many times and always said I'd call them for my furnace but never did. Sooooo my AC began performing poorly two weeks ago and I passed by this business again and decided to look them up and give them a call. I spoke with Kevin who was very professional and helpful. He sent out his technician Cristobal who was professional, helpful and very knowledgeable! I'm so thankful that I decided to call them and will be referring family & friends to "All Weather Specialist, Inc. Heating, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration".

I have had the pleasure of using All Weather Specialist and it ws one of the best choices ever! I've used different companies before and none of them were as responsive and informing as All Weather. As a new property owner at 25 I was still learning and they not only provided great service but excellent knowledge. I highly recommend All Weather Specialist.... A Great Company who provides Great work!
