I have used Aircor in two emergency settings and 2 routine installs. Each and everytime they have sent out professional and knowledgeable technicians. They always update on ETA and get right to work when they show up. I own short-term rentals and have had some ac emergencies while guests are staying. Aircor has been prompt and gets the job done! Special shot out to Javier and Pablo in Chicago, great employees!
I first contacted these guys in May of 22. My HVAC unit would stop working about every three months. Had it refilled with freon a couple of times and realized that there was probably a leak that needed to be fixed. Contacted Aircor and they told me that I could have a tech come out for $95 or have a leak test done for $495. I opted for the leak test. They came out did the test and told me that my TXV valve needed to be replaced. They also told me that the part was backordered due to supply chain issues. I checked in every couple of weeks on status of the part only to be told it was unavailable. In October, I called the manufacturer (Bosch), directly to see when the part would be available. They told me that there were plenty of parts available in my area (this should have been my first red flag). I contacted Aircor to let them know the part was available. They got the part and did the replacement on 10/31/22 with a cost of $1813.00. In February (about 3 months later), my unit stopped working again. Problem was exactly the same as before (blower would work, compressor would not). I contacted Aircor and they sent a tech out. They told me that they couldn't find a leak and that maybe it was the building set up causing the problem. They refilled the unit hoping/thinking that may address the issue. It didn't, and by the end of May I had the same issue. I called Aircor to schedule an appointment and was told that they don't service my address. I told them that they had serviced me before and that I needed them to address the problem they previously worked on. The person on the phone told me that they don't service my address, told me to "have a nice day" and hung up on me. I emailed the lead tech who I had worked with previously and have gotten no response (I waited a week for a response before posting this review). Since I have no air conditioning I contacted a different company. They came out and found two leaks. The first, big leak, was where th
Javier took great care of us. He was responsive and came within an hour when our AC went out. Overall would highly recommend.
My wife and I hired Javier and his team to replace our failing AC unit/coil. They did a wonderful job and the price was very fair. We are on the 4th/5th floor with no elevator and those guys brought the new equipment up without breaking a sweat!
We highly suggest AirCor for any HVAC-related services!! They are super responsive and willing to do the work at a moment's notice with very fair pricing which is a true rarity in the Chicago area. We were in desperate need of both a brand new HVAC and A/C unit which they were quickly able to install in a day. Did I mention our A/C happened to be on our roof 3 stories up with no direct access/ladder? They said 'not a problem' and used their own resources to safely bring down the old unit and install the new one with no issues. Use Aircor if you need the work done right and done quickly. We look forward to using them for all our maintenance needs going forward as well.
Aircor replaced a furnace and a hot water heater within 24 hours of providing a quote. Great service, efficient installation, showed up on time. Clear quote, no surprises, the team leader provided a quote then set up his team and was there for completion too, making sure everything worked and answering our questions. The install team worked continuously, did a great job and cleaned everything up after themselves. Highly recommend.
Disgusting customer service, paid to have a new AC system installed. Not even a year into it, the AC makes a loud noise as if it were overheating and overworking itself. They came to “work on it again” and the problem still persists! Now I’ve been ghosted and can’t get anyone to call me back. Pathetic

Replaced my entire furnace and ac unit. Came when they said they would, did what they said they would, finished WHEN THEY SAID THEY WOULD!!! Very rare in this world. Thoroughly cleaned up after. Highly recommended. Thanks Javier and team!
They helped me think through my options when my old air conditioner broke and installed a brand new one within a week (for a better price than other quotes I had!). Can't recommend enough.
We had a burst pipe in our utility room over the weekend and needed the furnace to be removed in order to access/repair the leak. Aircor was able to fit us in right away and the technician that came out to help us was exceptional. Javier was professional, knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond to help us with the urgent situation. He arrived right away and quickly had the furnace uninstalled. While the leak was being repaired he remained available and re-installed the furnace as soon as the leak was fixed so that the heat was off for as little time as possible. It was clear from our experience that Javier really cared about helping us in any way he could. This was our first time using Aircor and we will definitely be using them again for any HVAC needs. Glad I grabbed Javier’s card last year after he was at my building for a 3rd Installs. All the units in my building were installed at same time so they are being replaced slowly. When I saw they were here the most, I thought they had to be good. He was very professional. He provided different options for my unit. He took time to explain the differences. His crew very professional, polite and took steps to keep things neat. Highly recommended.
This place doesn’t install window units. I’m searching for someone to replace my condo windows units and called 4/13/21 10:58am she informed me that they do not install window units but in a preview below a women is saying they installed her window unit? Just wanted to let everyone know before you waste your time calling
They don't disappoint. A few rough spots but nothing they couldn't handle. No complaints, we're happy.
