Everything is written down on the service sheet so keeping track of work done and/or forecasted maintenance is always available!!!
The technical guy was amazing. He went over every detail, every option, outcomes, recommendations and what he would do. I have never felt so comfortable with a tech because I always feel like they are out to make you pay the most. Not here, he is genuine and I hope he will always be the man that services my home. Love their HEPA window fans. I have three right now, and there’s a very, very good chance I get a fourth. They clean the air round the clock and they give me peace of mind.
My colleagues and I are impressed by what Baikal Mechanical’s technicians were able to do, and we’re even more impressed by the cooling tower they installed at our stadium. Finally, we have a modern cooling solution, and this has in part put our stadium on the level with those run by other schools.
I swear by Baikal Mechanical’s plenum fans. I have 6 of them in my home. Baikal Mechanical knows everything there is to know about proper ventilation, and they’ve demonstrated this on so many occasions. I don’t write reviews like this often, but seeing that they’re exceptional, I believe they deserve an exceptional review. I seriously can’t envision my home without their fans. It wouldn't be as safe, and that’s a thought I don’t even want to consider. Only have the highest marks for Baikal Mechanical.
Just had a really good experience with them in the event of an emergency. They listened to my problemand sent a technician within 20 minutes. He was extremely professional and helpful. Needless to say, the problem has been solved and I'll be using their services again!!!
Highly experienced and knowledgeable team of this company. Crew was professional, punctual, diligent and respectful. They gave us the right advice and talked us out of getting an expensive model as my home did not require the high end unit.
One of our ac units started to show age and it was time to replace the coil. They did an outstanding job, a supervisor showed up to check on the status and at the end we have nice cool air again. Overall a very pleasant experience.
