The tech came out to repair our furnace and he was awesome! Answered all my questions and had my heat restored in no time! Would definitely recommend this company.
We had an issue with a new HVAC unit in the evening and were without cooling in one building. They were able to fit us in the schedule the next morning. The technician was courteous, very knowledgeable, and professional. Problem fixed in no time. I highly recommend Abbot Industrial Heating & Cooling Co.
We had a wonderful experience with Abbot Industrial Heating & Cooling Company. They installed 2 ductless air systems for us. They were responsive, thorough, professional, organized, and extremely clean and thoughtful of our home throughout the process. Would definitely use them again. We prefer to deal with a local company, and are happy to have found Abbot Industrial!!
First, I was very impressed with how quickly I was able to get an appointment and a service technician to my house. He was very prompt, wore shoe covers, and was friendly. He fixed our heating issue quickly and even went above and beyond. He even hooked our fan upstairs for summer. He also took the time to show us how to use our new thermostat. I would certainly work with Abbot Industrial Heating & Cooling Co. again!
If I could give 0 stars I would. Never showed up during scheduled time and did not call back. Extremely unprofessional and unorganized. Avoid if you want your service fixed in a timely fashion.
We had this company do some checkup on our boiler heat system recently. The technician was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. A thorough service was done and did the cleaning before they left. I highly recommend their outstanding services. They are rock stars!!

Unfortunately, our air conditioner broke down a week during a heat spell and James took his time to correct the situation. James has earned a customer for life. I was super impressed and would recommend Abbot Industrial Heating & Cooling Co.to anyone. Great service is hard to find nowadays but at Abbot go beyond the call of duty for their customers.

Jeff was polite, refined and dedicated. He was well-informed on upgrades that might help preserve our system to operate for long. He located a corroded saddle clip on our refrigeration line that he was able to replace!! Evidently he went above and over to help us out. Top notch service!!!
As part of our maintenance agreement with Abbot Industrial Heating & Cooling Co., technician Jeff performed a thorough review of our HVAC system prior to the heating season. Through two separate installations of a new air conditioner and furnace and subsequent check ups by them, we have been pleased with their service!!

Jeff was our technician, he was professional and personable. He took his time to explain exactly what he would do and what the cost would be. There are no overtime fees or unexpected charges. He was courteous, on time, and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. I will definitely use their services again.
I Highly Recommend using Abbot Industrial Heating & Cooling Co. when Our AC system failed and I thought it was just a small issue.They arrived the same day and investigated the problem and found a major part had failed and it needed to be replaced. Jeff and Max did a fantastic job. they took care with all aspects of the job and they were gone.
Very positive experience. The techs showed up at the agreed upon time and did exactly what they said they would do; They were professional and got the job completed quickly and resolved our furnace issue. Price was very reasonable, I would use Abbot again and would recommend them to any of my friends and family
