Mario is one of the best people u can get! Honest and very dedicated. He did some work for me a couple of years ago, and now is doing work for my elderly mother. He is patient and has been very kind. I would recommend Mario for any of ur heating or air conditioning problems that may come up. He is great at maintaining ur equipment too!
Worked with Mario to diagnose a problem with my condo’s heating system - he was fair and shared a heap of knowledge on possible solutions to the problem. Smooth communication of problem and possible solution. He also provided a long term strategy should other problems arise. I’ll recommend him.
Great service from the technician. He came out to my home, assessed the problem, and EXPLAINED what was wrong. He didn't try to get over on me because of my lack of knowledge. Instead, he tried to educate me on the issue and even showed me how I could troubleshoot the problem and later fix it on my own.
I highly recommend 312 Climate. Mario does great work & I feel like the price is very fair. Done quickly & a good price - you can't beat that.
