What a pleasure it was to have Jaime and his assistant install my new air conditioner. They arrived on time bringing floor coverings and shoe covers. Big plus, in my book! And they didn’t mind answering ALL my questions! I actually learned a lot! This was the first time in 69 yrs that I’ve had to replace an air conditioner. Thank you guys, you were AMAZING!!
I contacted several hvac companies to service my ac unit. Most were pricey and other did not do warranty work. I then contacted AirMaxx and received a great price, responsiveness & excellent work! I will likely work with AirMaxx in the future and highly recommend them for your hvac servicing & repair. Great job!
I have used AirMaxx for many years, Jamie is a honest and down to earth guy. They always make me feel welcome even in my own home and gave thorough detail on what they did to fix or clean, they make a good understanding of what was done or ,in future, what has to be done. If I were to choose a company to come out and look at my heating, cooling, water heaters, etc. AirMaxx will always be my #1 choice!!
I have had all maintenance and repairs by Jamie over the last 10+ years. Great communication and you always know your in good hands. It can be hard to find trustworthy and reputable local guys that know their business. That's what you have with Jamie and AirMaxx.

Definitely would recommend. My furnace would not stay on. They came out within the hour and quickly diagnosed my problem and even cleaned my furnace. Also, I had my furnace cleaned by other companies and I have to say they did a thorough job, it’s never looked so clean.
Of course our heater failed during the coldest day, and Jamie was able to squeezed us in, to-help my family out!! I am truly amazed of the way they troubleshoot our issue. Apparently the last installer didn’t properly wire up the blower to the control board, which caused our heater to trip out before it reached the right temperature. In addition, he adjusted our dampers to get the right flow. I am going to use Jamie for future repairs and modification for our dual system! Thanks again Jamie !!!
I got three estimates to replace our furnace and air conditioner. Of the three Air Maxx was the best but it wasn’t just about the price. Jaime took the time to review and explain every aspect of the installation process, what was going to be replaced and what would remain, and explained what I was getting for the price. Jaime and his crew are true professionals, showed up on time, removed the old equipment, installed the new furnace and heat pump, reviewed the installation, answered all my questions and left my basement and backyard as if they were never there, clean no debris left behind. My wife and I could not be happier. So if you want a straight shooter, no BS quote and a professionally installed furniture and / AC call Air Maxx, you will not regret it.
Hey Jaime, I wanted to thank you again for taking my call, coming out same day (today), and getting old Betsy pumping out heat again. I appreciate you and Danimal covering the options I have when it comes to a new Furnace and AC. Also I appreciate you not pushing any sale of a new unit, given the age of my existing furnace. If you are a searching for a straight forward estimate with out all the fluff, give Jaime and the folks at AirMaxx call. I will be using AirMaxx in the future.
They arrived early and did a great job. They were fast, professional and answered all of my questions.
Our air conditioner went out during a heat wave in the beginning of the summer. We called who we usually go with and it was going to be a week wait. I mentioned our issues to friends and got recommended to AirMaxx. They came out right away. It was an easy fix and very reasonably priced. For sure the big name place would've have made us get a new unit but they told us what we had and what to expect. In typical husband fashion mine forgot to ask them to put the new thermostat on while they were here. We were fumbling with it for a an annoyingly long time until I forced him to call and have AirMaxx come out to fix it. They came immediately. Dan and Luis were amazing. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Highly recommend AirMaxx
These guys were great! I reached out to them to remove a birds nest inside my kitchen exhaust vent. I originally had a bird removal company come out and tell me they weren’t able to reach the nest, so had to find another solution. I had Jamie and Luis come out to do the job. Very punctual, clean and professional. They did a very thorough job. Removed all the vent parts, disinfected everything and replaced dampers with screen to prevent further issues.
Jamie came within the hour when my A/C was not working. It was under new construction home warranty and helped me get a new unit of no charge from builder. He was honest and professional. I will be using airmaxx for my yearly maintenance. Thanks again Jamie.
I am so grateful for AirMaxx! My AC broke yesterday on a 95° day in May. I have a 20 month old toddler and I'm pregnant so no AC isn't an option. I called a couple other places and asked if they could come out today. I was actually laughed at! I called Airmaxx and they were at my house within the hour. The fan motor was broken and they fixed it on the spot! The price seemed fair and I was just thankful to have my AC running again. Thank you!
Jamie made time to work around my busy schedule during what i expect is a very busy time for him. i called two other places and didn’t even get a call back. he was professional, considerate and did everything to minimize my costs and downtime. highly recommend
I've been having issues with a bird in my air return for a few weeks and have called some local to me companies (I live in NC). Accidentally stumbled across AirMaxx through a google search and gave them a call. Despite not being able to come out to my home because I am in a different state, the technician was able to talk me through exactly how I got a bird in my system and what my next steps should be. They even gave me some pointers on how to assess whether or not the next HVAC company I call is equipped to help me. I am so incredibly grateful and impressed by the service I received from someone without them even coming to my home! I really wish they had a service branch near me!
I called on 2/23/2022 after 9PM to get a quote and work on repairs to my furnace as it sounded like the ignitor was bad and would not complete a cycle to start pushing out heat. The gentleman that answered the called talk down to me in a condescending tone after i stated my concerns and told him i think it might be the ignitor. He asked if I have a volt meter (I do), but said no to see where this was going and he proceeded to talk to me about union pay for working late at night when I asked was a inspection free (it is but not at night $175 just to come out). I never worked for this company so how do i know what the policy is. I kept my cool cause i know life is not easy and i get calls all times of day and night about work but from employees and not customers whom I'm suppose to help and be most importantly kind and show empathy to given their situation which is why they call is to get help in a timely manner if possible given labor availability. I tell him let me discuss with the misses and I'll call back within 15 minutes or so. She told me to pay whatever and when I called back he blocked my number. After 5 attempts and 20 or so minutes later, I called back with my other phone and guess who picked up. Bottom line Is he costed his company and workers money while offering bad customer service. The other company I called knew what company I was talking about and even told me the name of this company as they get their complaints from customers and most importantly they get their business all because someone gave the wrong person a customer relations job who is clearly not qualified to do it.
Jaime and Dan are the best! Spent as much time as needed and searched until they found a solution. Fixed the problem Polite, courteous and pleasant while doing their work. A pleasure to deal with. I HIGHLY recommend.

Our AC went out and someone came out to check the same day after hours. Really nice and actually took the time to give info on what he was doing and what everything means which was cool to learn about. We ended up getting a new AC unit about a week after we scheduled it. Awesome service and great people. Will be utilizing Airmaxx for all our needs in the future
