Had a tech come out and tell us our system was freezing because it was low on R-22. Two hours after the tech left it was already frozen. I used another company today and the system was overcharged so that’s why it was already frozen. They leak checked the system instead of telling us we need to buy a whole new system.
I had my heat go out over a holiday weekend. This company was great and came out right away. Very friendly and helpful! I would recommend them to anyone.

I have worked with Brown's twice and had great experiences. I first called them for a second opinion on my furnace after the feline-themed company in town told me I needed a whole new system. Gene and Dylan came out and did a thorough evaluation. They thought my furnace was ok but gave me some maintenance tips and it worked fine through the rest of the winter. They were quick, knowledgeable, and didn't even charge for the time. When my AC went out last week, I knew who I would call! I called Friday night and by Saturday afternoon it was fixed. Can't say enough and will definitely call them for all my future needs.
Came out for an estimate on a Saturday, as the unit went out on Friday night, with no charge that day. The service man was very knowledgeable and answered all questions that we asked. When asked how much our new unit was going to cost, he stated that he would give us a bid and not tell us a number as he did not have all the figures yet, WHICH I LIKE! UPDATE: new system was installed with great professionalism, friendly, and timely manner. All that were installing the mew unit, answered each question with knowledge. They even finished up on a Saturday (which I was told that they seldom do)! I am very appreciative of Gene and his crew to make sure that everything was done right and to a standard that they would use with their family!
