The technician was really educated, and they worked quickly and effectively. They performed a fantastic job of describing the issues with our system and how to resolve them. In addition, they gave us everything we required for future maintenance, which is fantastic given how frequently mishaps of this nature occur. To anyone in need of heating and cooling services, we would without a doubt suggest them!
Really happy with the work your organisation completed. The guy arrived, took care of my issue, and didn't even charge me. Anyone I know who needs heating or air conditioning work done would get in touch with you, in my opinion.

be aware big scam, i called for a tune up on my furnace and they told me it would be 150 dollars and told me i can pay now but if i pay when they show up it would be 300 so i payed over the phone. they set up a time to come out and couldnt make it so they rescheduled and they gave me a 3 hour window and still showed up 2 hours after that. the technician shows up looks at the furnace and wants to charge me an extra 160 dollars i told him i already paid and he said no that was for a membership so now im out 150 dollars and no work done. i called their office and the lady tells me she doesnt see what the big deal is its still a good price. very unprofessional and i hope no one else gets scammed like i did

I cannot say enough good things about Pacific Heating & Cooling company and Mark. I had both units go down and Mark came out on short notice and had them up and running in no time. He explained what he did and what was going on and was a straight shooter. Honesty and Integrity are huge qualities I value and Mark and Pacific Heating & Cooling company must have those as their core values and truly live by that motto. I have my HVAC company for life. Thanks!!!!
Our experience with Pacific Heating & Cooling has been very positive from installation to annual servicing. We have had no serious problems with the furnace they installed so far. Our technician has been honest and he has always explained what we need to do in a way we can understand. We would definitely recommend Pacific Heating & Cooling to our friends or neighbors.
I had an urgent need to have my AC unit ripped out and replaced. James was able to come to my condo with in 2 hours, and solved my issue in less than 1 hour. I'd hire him again in a heartbeat. And highly recommend him to any of my friends.
Outstanding job done. Called and requested a second opinion on an earlier quote. Pacific Heating & Cooling sent out service technician immediately who fixed the problem expertly and quickly and saved me a lot.I am very pleased with this honest company and will hire them again.
Technician from this place showed up on time and taught us everything we needed to know about HVAC while he diagnosed and fixed our issues. He was super courteous, kind, and told us when he definitely knew or did not know the answer to a question. Super helpful and recommend!!
Pacific Heating & Cooling did a great job in providing product and pricing options that met my needs. Their staff were readily available, and responded to some follow-up questions. The new furnace is working just perfectly and cannot hesitate to recommend their great commitment and professionalism. Great!!
I chose Pacific Heating & Cooling to help me with my non-working wall heater. My technician arrived on time and was very professional. He explained what the possible causes were and proceeded to fix it as he had the parts on hand. I'm very happy with the work provided and hopefully I will get a few more years out of my old heater!
The lady I spoke to the day before was very nice & responsive to my issue. I was very happy they could get someone out the next day. The guy was on time. He was polite & worked quickly. Called Pacific Heating & Cooling this morning, an electrician was able to come out within a couple of hours. The electrician was polite, friendly, and very professional. In addition, knowledgeable and was able to figure out the issue in minutes and fix the issue correctly. I am glad I called Pacific Heating & Cooling.
Technician was polite and cooperative. Put on booties over his shoes. Two hour repair accomplished in time and cost was as advised. Have hired Pacific Heating & Cooling for years and will continue to do so when needed. I highly recommend.

Excellent customer service and exceptional workmanship I was very impressed with the quality of care to their customers. The service guys who came to our home were very professional, knowledgeable and informative. They found the problem promptly and were pleasant and informative to us throughout the process of repair. We are very satisfied.
