Custom Air Company was fantastic to work with. We looked at 5 other companies, and this one came out on top for us. The customer service, value, and timeliness was top notch. They responded quickly, were straight forward, and kind throughout the entire process. We needed a new AC Unit and Furnace installed and they handled everything for us within a few days. I'd recommend them to anyone that needs work done.
We had a wonderful experience with Custom Air. They recently replaced our furnace and AC. Craig was great to work with and helped us find the right system for our home. Communication was prompt and they had everything installed within a few days of our initial meeting. The technicians that installed our new system were very friendly and kept everything clean along the way. We are very happy with our experience and we would highly recommend Custom Air.

Great experience, loved working with Craig. We had a 25 yr old furnace and AC removed and new ones installed. Craig gave us a few different options and explained the value of each option. The crew was great, install had no issues, and they checked up on us a couple times after install to make sure we were satisfied. Great company and great value. Thank you!
Professional service at a fair price. Exhibited care and treated home with upmost respect. Relocated new a/c and installed new heating system. Cleaned up after themselves, including vacuuming, tested and explained new system, and followed up the next day. Can’t speak enough about the quality service they provide. I have used Custom Air for several years when building new homes as a general contractor, and the work is consistently professional and high quality. Kevin's standards are very good, and the crews reflect that. My previous homeowners are happy with service after the closing, as am I. Service technicians are professional and on time, always a pleasant experience. Their pricing is competitive, which fulfills the "win-win" cliche for both parties. Highly recommend.

We bought our HVAC system from these guys and signed up for regularly scheduled maintenance. We are so very happy with the service provided both during the purchase and the maintenance. The service guys are always so pleasant and professional. The best part is that we don't have to think about the maintenance, this company calls US to schedule upkeep!!!
Issac came out this morning to help us with our "lack of heat" and he fixed it, cleaned it up a little and was very quick about it! I certainly hope our landlord continues using Custom Air Company for any future concerns that come up! 10/10 would definitely recommend to everyone.

Have used Custom Air for semi annual maintenance for years and now for replacement of HVAC system. From office management to sales/coordination to technicians all were easy to work with, professional and responsive. Efficient responses to questions and great follow up. This is a “go to” company.
We had a new HVAC system installed. Custom air was $4k less for better equipment!! The install crew was courteous and very respectful in our home. We could not be happier unless it was free! 😁

Our air conditioner was damaged during a storm. They installed a new Air conditioner and we had the Furnace replaced also. They did an excellent job. Eric, Logan and JD were our installers and they were fast and efficient. The cost was very reasonable and the new system is very quiet, no clunking noise anymore. We would recommend them as well as recommend the annual maintenance contract that they have and the quality product they sell.
