Technician Joseph was excellent. Was on time, very respectful and explained everything he did very clearly so I could understand. Made suggestions for future and I felt like he was very caring about his customers. I plan on this company to be the one I call for any maintenance or issues with the a/c.
Wasted my time
Sentex Heating & Cooling contacted me quickly and sent a repairman out. He was able to get the furnace working temporarily and they brought over some space heaters. The motor died and they had us up and running again first thing Monday. Nox and his guys were great. And had them flush out tankless hot water system while they were here. Always thankful when you find a company of this quality and level of service.
I thought it was a bit expensive
With the service we received, we were quite pleased. The technician arrived on time and was kind and competent. As he moved along, he answered any questions we had and described what he was doing. We would without a doubt suggest this business to anybody looking for heating and cooling services.

The technician came out the same day I called, which was great. I had a few questions about my air conditioner before I scheduled, and the technician answered all of them by email within a few hours of me asking. I would definitely use them again!

I was quite happy with the entire experience. Joseph spent the necessary time educating me about our new propane furnace. He took his time and did the annual maintenance thoroughly. I'll give him a call once a year to look after our system.

Tech never showed up after I was charged the premium service fee. I called to confirm the appointment the day off, and then they told the tech would not show up after waiting days with a broken ac. Incompetent and useless service.
Bob from Sentex Heating & Cooling just completed the most thorough inspection of a furnace I have ever witnessed. He found that we had gas pressure that was too high. This could have been very hazardous. Notified the gas company and they also concurred with that and adjusted, avoiding a possible disaster. Provided a complete report with photos covered everything. Thank you .
Sentex Heating & Cooling installed my furnace three years ago. I am very happy with the installation and the furnace. I recently ran out of heating oil. After refilling the tank, the furnace would not produce heat. I called them and they came over to have a look. They did a great job of fixing my furnace and charged me a very reasonable fee. If you’re looking for old-fashioned service, look no further.
Sentex Heating & Cooling were wonderful experience from start to finish. I felt very informed after the consultation, and not at all pressured. The install with Bob and Ken was great as well. They were friendly and professional, cleaned up after themselves, showed me how everything worked, and even put up with my overly friendly dog sneaking downstairs for some head pets.
I have used Sentex Heating & Cooling for a few years now both for new installation and maintenance and I have to say that they have always exceeded my expectations. I would highly recommend them as an excellent company to anyone needing their services. They are very professional and explain everything they're doing and will answer any questions you have. 5*****!!
They want $125 to come out, and do nothing but show up.
I called Sentex Heating & Cooling and scheduled an appointment. The technician was on time and very professional. I used another company to replace my condenser coils last year and realized I spent more than I should have. These guys came out and verified everything was working correctly. I appreciate their honesty and will call them again in the future, for any AC issues.
Bob is amazing! He came to my house within 2 hours of me calling him. He was very knowledgeable and helpful and even offered to return should any need arise. We would highly recommend to friends and family.
These guys are very competent, reasonably priced, on time and pleasant.I have always had a good experience with them. I called them yesterday for an issue I was having with my thermostat and in spite of them being 'booked until the end of the month' they squeezed me in to fix it.I would definitely recommend them.
Since the initial request, daily updates and emails on when services would be provided. Arrived on time, very professional and explained everything to us. Took the extra time to make recommendations as well as program our new system.
