I have used them for years. I have trusted them to always take care of my furnace, air conditioning and water heater. They explain in detail if there is an issue. They take care of it every time.

My parents were customers of Youngren's for many years and were very happy with the service they received. Recently I requested spring checkup service for their house and was able to get an appointment while I was in town, which was much appreciated. Joe was very pleasant and efficient. Several weeks later, the air conditioner had an issue and we had to request emergency service. I figured it would be late afternoon before someone would be able to come, but Matt was there before lunch. He was very thorough investigating the problem and we had air conditioning again in short order. The service charge was less than what I expected too. Thanks Youngren's!
Cleaned out the dryer vent. Was on time and thoroughly cleaned up all of the lint and mess. I would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.
Joe showed up, presumably for just an AC recharge. He found a few other small items which was more contributing to the incorrect operation of the unit. While it still took a pound of freon, it was a lot cheaper than anticipated. Joe did a great job of walking me through everything he was doing as well. Highly recommended.
We've had Al for years and he always takes good care of us! He's always very friendly knowledgeable and loves our dogs!

These guys are the best! They are fast, reliable, and friendly. My furnace wasn't working. I asked my dad what to do and he said give Youngren's a call. My dad recently got a new AC installed and was impress at their service. Which if you knew my dad you would know that's a tall order. Of course as usually my dad was right. Not only did they fix the problem at a fair price they gave me info on how to maintain my furnace.

I just can’t thank these guys enough. What a night we had with our furnace broken down. I was worried about the kids even though they were bundled and I had electric heaters upstairs. I didn’t sleep though because I was worried about these heaters starting on fire. On top of it all, we are all getting over the flu. It’s never a good time for furnace issues in winter right? My husband called this company and Tim called us back last night. He promised to call us in the morning to give us a time. He did just that. He sent a guy named Todd out. By the time I called my husband from my bed this morning asking if they got back to him he said, “He is already here and has fixed the problem.” Husband said Todd explained every single thing to him and was extremely professional. He offered good tips of using a different filter as well. He was incredibly knowledgeable and fixed our problem. He didn’t pressure for extra services but told my husband what needed to be done as far as cleaning and maintaining. He explained exactly what the problem was. Men in the trades are such a commodity…and I tell my sons this all the time. A house filled with sick people appreciate you so much. Thank you for helping us expeditiously and sending such a smart and professional guy. *last night after hours they did offer to come and we decided we would be ok because we had the electric heaters. Saved some money there.* Again, thanks for your honesty and I am so thankful this wasn’t a huge problem. We know who to call next time.
I called youngrens Saturday because my furnace was not working they came out and said there would be a $95 service charge I said it was okay the guy got here in about 90 min and after 15 minutes he fixed it , it was an ignitor which was great but he charged me $271 for a $30 part so it ended up being $366 with a $95 service charge I asked him why did you charge me so much for a $30 part that's like a 10 x marked up and he told me "well lady if you don't like it I can take it out and leave right now "obviously I said no that's okay you can leave it in and I paid him but I did tell him I would leave a Google review so here it is. I tried posting pics of invoice and part and the screens hot of the part on Amazon for 30 bucks but for some reason can't post pics here.will.try and edit later.

I really couldn't be happier with the service they provided. My furnace was ancient and holding up just enough for the remainder of the season, and they gave me an honest opinion about the status to be able to hold out a few more months. When it came time to take on the big expense of getting a new furnace I went with them, and they did a fantastic job. It works better than I could imagine and the quality of their work is extremely comforting. They didn't just replace it, they made everything right and really made it significantly better than the original setup. I'm quite happy and will continue to use them again for any HVAC I need in the future.
Youngren's had the furnace we needed in stock. Their price was very good. They scheduled the installation immediately, and installed it the first day I was available to have them do it. I'm very happy with our new furnace and with Youngren's. I highly recommend them.
Youngrens did a good job servicing my HVAC system. They are timely and courteous.
This company is top notch! Reasonably priced, quality installers and customer service that is above and beyond. They installed an A/C and furnace, you would never even know that they were there. Left the work area and my home spotless. I won't use anyone else for my services!
We have used Youngrens since we built our current home 30 years ago. We have our furnace and AC checked every season. They have done repairs and replacements. We have been totally happy with each member of their operation. Always respectful, knowledgeable, takes time to answers any questions, leaves the area that was checked or worked on very clean. I highly recommend them. Kevin came out today to check our AC. My husband had questions about getting our duct work cleaned out because of some remodeling work we did. Kevin took the time to explain the process and its cost.
