Chris and PJ were awesome and very professional with their work. Our HVAC area is really cramped and was worried the new water heater would be a problem but they took care of it without any fuss. We had a dryness problem during winters due to heater and all the previous HVAC folks had ruled out a humidifier due to the space constraint. Thanks to Chris for coming up with creative solutions and now we have a humidifier running. Would recommend ServicePlus to everybody out there.

Service Plus is the future of HVAC installation and repair. Who likes back and forth phone calls with contractors when their furnace is dying out? With service pro it was as simple as: going to their website, picking a furnace I was interested in, and scheduling an estimate; all within 2 minutes from their website. Jim came over for the estimate and laid out all their furnace possibilities from the highest of ends to the most economical options. Aside from being thorough in explaining all of their products, he also took the time to educate on HVAC systems as a whole (how many people truly understand a furnace? Haha.) I was quite happy with the price of my 92% efficient furnace, especially for the quality of the product. Installation continued the trend of professional and thorough. Armando, Alex, and Chris did a great job snd were so very friendly! After living in our house for last 2 years, we can say since Service Plus’s installation of our new furnace, the house is more comfortable than ever. Would recommend these guys in a heartbeat! Chris and Roy arrived on time and began working immediately. Jim was awesome as System Designer and instrumental in ensuring we got scheduled right away. They were all friendly, professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

Excellent experience! Eduardo came to my house to do preventative maintenance on my furnace. He was very respectful and knowledgeable. He even put shoe covers over his boots to make sure he didn't bring any dirt into my house. He did a very thorough cleaning of my furnace. This was a great experience! I will absolutely use service plus for all of my future HVAC needs! It is great to have someone I can trust to call for my HVAC needs.
Extremely great service from the moment you call to schedule service - Ninfa Chavez was very professional, friendly knowledgeable, and polite when scheduling us for service. When the guys came for service, it was also very fast and clean - they explained the process and made sure everything was done on time and in a good way. Will recommend their service 100% - 5+ starts for sure to the entire team.
