Great service! The technician was really friendly and professional. He explained everything he was doing, which helped me understand what was going on with my AC. Great service call with Rizzo Heating and Cooling. The service rep showed up and did a fine job cleaning and servicing my furnace, then spent extra time troubleshooting a problem I had with the air conditioning unit. These guys from them are reliable, professional and do quality work. I highly recommend them.

William was my service rep. He did a wonderful job. Very polite, friendly and helpful. Explained everything he was doing and I could see the difference when he was done. He also cleaned the areas after he was finished. I highly recommend him. Wish there were more like him.
