Great experience. Learned a great deal from information provided. System has been much improved. Good well spoken employees. Very timely to have service when badly needed.
This is from the most recent visit. The tech Zach was Excellent, he explained everything. Honestly the company they had bought out, that originally put in the heating/cooling had given me great warrantee for things and Zach saw that and followed through on what was left of the previous business warranty. Very happy with the tech. It did take a bit of time to be able to reach the company, but it was a very busy time for the air conditioner guys. 5 stars for the tech.
Tech showed up right at the scheduled appointment time. He was curtious, knowledgeable and friendly. He also had my a/c fixed very quickly. Fantastic from the start to the finish
Martin was awesome! He arrived on time and did a complete inspection of my plumbing system. He was very informative and answered all of my question with more detail than I expected. Really good experience with him and I learned a lot during the visit. Would highly recommend Martin and Perfect Home Services.

Yolanda, the technician, was competent and efficient. She explained in detail what she was about to do. She suggested an additional task and described why it was needed. Overall, I was very satisfied with Yolanda's performance.
When I did business with your firm in November 2022 I was extremely pleased with your services and would definitely use and recommend your company. However, today when I desperately needed services I was told that you no longer serviced my address (?@!). Is this rezoning/restructuring in terms of servicing area racially motivated? (a rhetorical question, but food for thought).
Replaced hot water heater with new venting system, under warranty and at no cost due to a code issue. The plumbing team was very professional and efficient.
Tech showed up promptly. Was very friendly. Diagnosed the issue right away. Fixed my a/c quickly. Appreciate the information and advise he gave us.
I was very impress with specialist, Jeff Aleman. He was prompt, equipped with proper service tools, excellent knowledge of HVAC, consciencious and didn’t rush to the next job unless you understood every aspect of work performed or any deficiencies in your system that may be a problem in the future. Originally I requested a quote for a new AC and furnace and instead he didn’t push the sale but repaired the problem instead.
Steffon, Allen, Dan were all extremely professional, communicative and explained everything thoroughly after they completed the work on our home. Would highly recommend this team!
I am pleased with this company and in my interaction with Jeff Alaman who has been terrific in giving me options on different air conditioners and heaters and the installers did a great job installing and connecting the existing humidifier. The best service and I received a duct cleaning for all the vents that made the room feel so much better and less congested. I am glad I went with Perfect Hime Services for Duct Cleaning technicians did a good job and explained what they saw and showed pictures of stuff in ducts. I am please and recommend them as well Stephan and Jake good at what the do. Thanks to a great team I’m pleased
Our AC had stopped working. JD was thorough and knowledgeable in finding the problem. Not only is our system fixed, it's now running more efficiently as well. Thank you!
Called in Monday and got my desired appointment time in Wednesday. David showed on time and got right to work. He was knowledgeable, professional and honest. Would definitely recommend him to anyone needing a plumber.
The young man that came out Was professional and courteous and a pleasure to be around. I really felt that he had my interest in concern. You guys installed my air conditioner and heater. I had problems with one of your men. That's why I never called you back but this man here makes it right? I wish I could remember his name but I'm sure you have it on record. Our service representative, Todd, was very professional, efficient, and kept us informed throughout the servicing process. We were very pleased.
I had issue with my AC after getting my air ducts cleaned from another provider. Zach Olson was the specialist who came in and did a very good job. He answered all my queries and getting to the root cause of the issue was really tricky as it was messed up by the company that did the air duct cleaning. Apparently the connection between the air filter and furnace had a very slight gap which was making shrill sound when the AC was up and running. Hard to diagnose but Zach did a good job there.
The entire appointment process was explained thoroughly on the phone so I knew exactly what to expect. James called a half hour before arriving, just as discussed, and arrived on time. He was very knowledgeable, polite, and friendly, and he was thorough when he explained my HVAC needs in the present as well as what to expect in the future, presenting me with several options, the pros/cons of each choice, and what each would cost. He informed me about the repair/replacement timeline I might be experiencing in the future and what the approximate costs I might be incurring at that time. The service was truly top-notch, and I'll definitely be using this service again when my current HVAC system needs repairs and/or replacement!
This repair was complicated. Both of us has valid concerns. We both needed to meet each other in the middle and we did. Both of us felt the outcome was fair. His work was very good.
