Ignacio did a great job fixing our ac and very informative I would always recommend him.
I can't say enough good things about Ignacio and his company. I got several estimates for a full replacement of furnace, AC & humidifier. Some estimates were outrageous but Ignacio was right in the range of what I thought I would have to pay. He came out on a Friday to give me the estimate. He was so friendly and explained everything that would be done. I hired him that morning. He called his team and they got started right away. They were done with everything in about a day and a half. Even coming back early Saturday morning which I appreciated. When they were done with the installation he went over everything with me and answered all of my questions. I am extremely happy with the quality work they did. If you are looking for repairs, full replacement or anything to do with HVAC these are your guys!
My furnace/heating system abruptly went out (during the winter months no less) so I searched locally for an HVAC repair business and came across HVAC Duct & Vent Installation. I gave Ignacio a call & he came that exact same day to look at it and to diagnose the problem. He then gathered the parts and fixed it the next day. That type of care and professionalism is invaluable. HIGHLY recommend him and his business to anyone.

New ERA HVAC LLC is a solid company with a great reputation. I had Ignacio install all of the ductwork and venting in the house I was renovating. He made it happen - good, fast, and frugal. He paid great attention to detail, listened to my voice, and was very respectful to me and my family. I will call him anytime.
Ignacio and his team did a great job and I highly recommend them. Pricing was very reasonable and they are very good at what they do.
He install a tankless water heater and he did a good and clear work, the system is working really good I really recomendé.

They work on time, are flexible AND reasonable with prices. They’re also polite and work clean, they even gave me feedback on preexisting work done so I could be aware of some imperfections left behind. Would definitely do business with New Era HVAC again and would definitely recommend for a job WELL DONE!
Ignacio was extremely professional and on time. He diagnosed the problem and gave me a few options. He installed our new furnace the same day while still getting the necessary permits. He took care of the warranty registration too and sent us a confirmation email. Everything was handled by him, GREAT SERVICE thank you so much Ignacio!

Ignacio installed zoned heating and cooling in my house and it was fast and priced good . I also got humidifier and a garage heating system installed . All good work , I have recommend him to friends and family as well I. Need of HVAC services .
