Set up appointment changed three times and still no one showed up then they stopped returning calls.
I called on a Monday morning and by Monday afternoon they came out too. Do routine maintenance on my unit. I've used maximum heating and air several times in the past and I highly recommend them.
Worked with them couple year ago installed a new furnace left the door to the closet with out installing and wouldn’t close owner/supervisor came back made it right but when asked the people who worked on it they said I wanted to move it so what was the point which it was a questioned that I asked and never said it would be done any time soon. A year or so later we’re having issues because it wasn’t properly installed and didn’t inform of us new thing needed when installed first. All the times we scheduled for an appointment they never showed on time. Mail box is full and they don’t pick up. Takes them a very long to return call. Sworn person that came by was really nice but the only one that gives quotes is the owner/supervisor doesn’t really speed up the process. They had decent review and very disappointed they didn’t meet those reviews with us. Still waiting.
I HIGHLY recommend this company!! Marco and his family are very professional and honest and fair in pricing. I had another company check my furnace and recommended repairs in my furnace totalling $700. Marco checked my furnace and found that the previous repairs were not needed. I will be their loyal customer from here on out
Used Maximum HVAC for many years now at our home and some of our investment properties. Incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and honest. Always do a great job on maintenance or any other issues that come up.
Competent and friendly Explained everything clearly
Every since they installed our heating/air, and put in all new duct work… We quickly realized, that we would never go anywhere else besides Maximum! Extremely professional, exceptional detail to quality, reliable (emergencies included), and very friendly! They were extremely thorough, and addressed my concerns.
Maximum Heating & Air Conditioning was prompt in their response. They arrived at the site in the time frame they promised and were efficient in addressing the issue.
Great service and rapid response with professional service
Came for furnace maintenance, kept damaging parts to keep coming back! Did not even mention or repair the main issue, which was the blower motor. After we figured out just how dishonest they are, we got a different company come out, and they fixed it in one go. There's more, and if I could give zeros stars, I would.
Technician was very pleasant. He called to let us know he was on his way. He checked out AC and took necessary steps to correct the problem. We very pleased how quickly he got our AC back up and running. Tech is a very valuable asset to your business.
Marco saved the day! Our heat went out on a very cold weekend and we were struggling to find someone with a Lenox part for repair. He was very professional on the phone and able to come out quickly and arrived on time. Repair went smoothly and our furnace was up and running in no time. Excellent service with fair pricing.

Maximum does great work for a very reasonable price. They went out of their way to handle a warranty claim on a water heater that was installed by another contractor which saved me almost $1000...few other contractors would go to that hassle. They came on short notice and left the area cleaner than they found it. I recommend them to everyone I know.
Marco was friendly and prompt and easily accessible via text. He provided a lot of options for the quote and helped us to decide the best furnace and A/C. When it came time to install, the three guys were all friendly and professional and left the place really clean. Would highly recommend!

My 20+ year old AC broke down on a Friday evening when it was 95 degrees outside and humid. I called Marco at 8:30pm on Friday night and he arrived at 9:30am on a Saturday morning for my AC repair. It was a quick fix and we were up and running for the sweltering weekend! He was very professional, knowledgable, and efficient with realistic pricing - especially for a Saturday morning appointment! We are definitely calling him for our AC/Furnace replacement this fall!
Maximum is the best residential HVAC company I've worked with. They always answer a call and come out to assess the problem extremely quickly. Service like theirs is rare these days and they are very reasonably priced for the services they provide. Friendly associates and willing to explain in detail what repairs are needed or may be needed in the future. I'm glad to have found such reliable service for something as time sensitive as HVAC equipment.
Aurora Il and we were not getting adequate heat in our home we called Maximum Heating and Cooling and spoke with Marco, that same day he came out and immediately knew what the problem was our duct system was installed incorrectly, he did not hesitate to give us an estimate of the work that needed to be done and that price was the same when the work was completed. If you are in need of any type of heating or cooling problems please call them you will not regret it. They do not over charge or price gouge his team is the best. Oh by the way did i mention, he adjusted our central A/C system and also gives free estimates.
