Have used Lampert Heating & Air for years. Yesterday had a new furnace and central air installed and I couldn't be pleased. I really trust them because the specialists are always knowledgeable, dedicated, and they clarify everything in terms I can understand. The fellows are always very polished and respectful. Highly recommend they never disappoint!!

I didn't know what to do. We came home one evening from my son's birthday party and it was 80 degrees inside my house. I called Lampert Heating & Air and they sent Jeff that very night. He found several issues with my aging unit but managed to get it running. I put my two sons to sleep that night guilt free thanks to Lampert Heating & Air.

We've had a contract with Lampert Heating & Air for many years, they have always come promptly, been extremely courteous and given good service. We have bought a new house and will keep them as our service provider there as well. Highly recommended.
Called Lampert Heating for a furnace that would cycle off after being on for ~15min. Pretty responsive, the tech was at my tenants unit in about 2hrs. Ended up paying around $300 for the call (on a Sunday), but the problem did not get fixed. Thankfully I was able to get them out again at no charge. Still couldn't fix the issue. I instead hired another company who fixed it the first time for $90. I figured I may have just got unlucky with a less experienced tech from Lampert, so I called a couple times to get a partial refund from Lampert. The only way that I could get a refund was if I talked to the owner. It's kind of hard to do that when the owner doesn't call you back :). Removal of 1 star for not fixing the problem, removal of 1 star for the owner not making it right.
Our technician Jeff, was fantastic to work with. Very knowledgeable, friendly, and did top notch quality work. My furnace have never performed this better! We'll definitely go back to Lampert Heating & Air, in future for heating and cooling work. Not the cheapest but very good value for the money.
