I had multiple gas leaks inside my basement and in a crawl space. The gentlemen sealed all the leaks in the basement and replaced all the bad pipe in the crawl space with flex pipe and ran it in a much more convenient path. Awesome job! No leaks! Super friendly and they cleaned up after themselves.

We have an old A/C unit that we know will have to be replaced soon, and they easily could have told us we needed a whole new unit. It only needed Freon, and it’s working good as new. The technician was friendly and efficient. This is the second time we’ve used Gene’s, once for our furnace and the second for the A/C. We will definitely continue using them.
Great experience! Mark was my service technician. He was extremely polite, professional, and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything he was doing, and was completely transparent with all of the work and charges. The business owners were great as well. They got me in on a days notice in a very busy season. I couldn't be happier with their service. I will be using them in the future!!
Great and knowledgeable crew-completed relocation of outdoor condensing unit in 2 hours. Very clean and neat as crew needed to go in and out of house to perform work.
Had two water heaters replaced. Fast, professional technicians. Did a great job. Couldn't be happier. Would highly recommend.
Unit would not cool when first turned on this year
Came highly recommended and did not disappoint. Did not try and sell us a service plan which most companies do. We will be using Gene's for all our heating and cooling issues.

Very easy to work with. Genes made this sometimes stressful ordeal easy and convenient and stress free. Explained all of our options clearly and honestly. Came up with the best deal for our needs. Installation and crew very professional knowledgeable and curtiious. Extremely pleased and will recommend to others in the future. They have our bussines.
We were having issues with our furnace working on/off for about 3 months (about January-March) and went through two other companies who couldn’t figure out the issue. The second company referred us to Gene’s because they worked on Trane furnaces and were highly knowledgeable. Susan was very helpful and was able to have Rick came out quickly to check it out. He seen a crack in the heat exchange which could have been the issue (easy to miss). This part was still under warranty but when he called Trane they wouldn’t have the part for 3-6 weeks. Rick advocated on our behalf and understood regarding it being cold and us having a toddler. Trane ended up replacing our entire furnace so we only had to pay for the cost of labor since they couldn’t get the part in a reasonable time. I can’t explain how relieved we were. They came out as soon as they could to replace the furnace and were quick with the install. The furnace works great! I would definitely recommend Gene’s to anyone have issues and will call them without question in the future with any issues!

We checked out all of the competitors in the area and Gene's was the most responsive and reasonable. They arrived when they said that they would and we had our bid within hours. They were able to set up installation within a week. We were very pleased to get a Trane product installed to cool our home. Gene's made this process very easy and pleasant. Their representatives were polite, professional, and punctual.
