Loved working with John and his team. I had ordered a new wood burning furnace for our home before looking for an HVAC company to help with the install. I got turned down by easily a dozen contractors till I got a hold of John. He showed up when he said he would, his pricing was fair, and their work was excellent. John also worked with us to figure out a good backup heating system and we landed on a mini split system that has been perfect!

Nearly impossible to find a Company that can do everything we wanted. We are rebuilding a 1934 ranch house from the bare studs out. Started with no heating system and John and Stephanie designed us a system that incorporarated a wood furnace, chimney, propane furnace, air conditioning, gas piping to everything, ductwork throughout the house that wasn't designed for it and even the vent fans throughout the house! They employ a great and professional crew that gave fantastic service at a fair price in the middle of nowhere on the St Joe River! We don't think you could find a more complete HVAC company anywhere! Lake Creek Comfort for all your needs! We hired an HVAC company and came out of the deal with new friends! We needed to replace our heating stove. Called John and got his recommendation for a stove, got my brides pick for the color and ordered the stove. Stove is every thing we needed and perfect for our needs. Installation was perfect.

We used them for both gas line work and HVAC venting/ducting. Their work ethic was impressive, the staff guys were super friendly, and the owner is really knowledgeable. The quote was highly competitive and the work was exceptional (which can be rare with such great rates), and they were very careful to stick to the estimate. We cannot recommend them highly enough.

My A/C decided to stop working out of the blue right when things got hot, and a quick phone call to John diagnosed the problem and he walked me through the repair right on the phone. It cost me a whopping $30 and I was able to do it myself. I can’t say enough good things.
John and crew were absolutely great. I had to have my furnace replaced after 30 years. I now have a new furnace that fit into the old spot and added an air conditioner to it. I could not be more happy. I was quoted a wonder price for all the work and they were here when they said they would be here. I HIGHLY recommend Lake Creek Comfort. What a great group to work with. They put in my new gas stove in an awkward spot and were nothing but good about it the entire time. It’s hard to find good skilled folks these days, but John and the crew were awesome!
My house had baseboard electric heat and a few standing gas stove. I had Lake Creek install a full gas furnace, central air and all the duct work. Job turned out great. Looks very nice and works even better

They installed a new gas burning horizontal fireplace. I’m in a condo and it can be complicated getting into walls with new system and vents. They were professional, very customer service oriented. Delivered exactly what I wanted as promised: removal of old fireplace, installation of new one and framing & design of new mantle. Highly recommend.

I'm a remodel contractor and John is the first guy I think of when one of my customers has a problem with their A/C, heat, or water heater. He is always punctual, does clean work, and very reasonably priced. I've worked with him for years and he has always shown the highest integrity.

John has always been prompt and pleasant to deal with. We had issues with our heating and air conditioning and hot water system that another company put in, and of course they couldn't come look at it for a few weeks. Called Lake Creek and they had someone here the next day and issues fixed within a week. So when we decided to convert our cook stove from electric to gas we gave John a call and just like before he had his guy Jake come over the next day to give us an estimate, and well it took us longer to pick out a stove then to have them put it in!! John and Jake are an excellent team very prompt and definitely a couple of great guys!!
