Excellent service, call for service on Tuesday evening, Dan left me a message and called on Wednesday morning. Came over while I was at work and fixed my A/C, then left a friendly message to let me know work was finished. Less than twenty-four hours from first contact and the job is done! Impressed and would call him again. Thank you Dan!
I've used Value Heating on the recommendation of a family member in a our first home 12 years ago and continue to use them in our current home. They've always been responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. The work they've done is top notch!
Dan arrived, found the problem and replaced the control board on a 30 year old furnace in an hours time...a great serviceman plus he had the new board on his truck (wow)! I would give this review 10 stars if I could.
I sent the same message to 20 different HVAC companies. That message was akin to "I need a thermostat that does not require the eyes of a hawk nor an advanced degree in computer programming." Of the 20, 12 did not even respond. Of those that did respond, most clearly did not understand the message and merely suggested installing a more advanced control device than I already had. Dan was the only one that clearly understood the message. Dan was also one of the first to respond. He knew exactly what I was looking for. Given the time of year, I expected it to be weeks before he could fix the issue. Several of those that responded had a waiting list at least a month long. Dan was able to squeeze me in within the week. He installed a very simple to operate thermostat with a display I can read from six feet away. He also was less expensive than any other company that responded. He also took the time to check out my heating system, changed the filter, and explained the system and suggested maintenance to me. A very kind, professional, understanding person and company.
I have used Value Heating Inc for several years now. I will never use anyone else. Today I called when it was after business hours and instead of asking me to make an appointment, Dan took the time to walk me through several steps to fix the issue over the phone. I’m extremely happy that my house will have AC in this 100* weather.

Dan has been servicing my ac and furnace for about 6 years. He has always been on time, professional, and fair. Recently my ac wouldn't turn on and everyone was booked out for over a week to fix it and Dan was out a few days himself. I was starting to stress due to have a 7 month old baby and the house getting too hot. I gave Dan a call and he was able to do diagnostics over the phone and knew right away what the issue was. Turns out it was a 2 second fix. Im so thankful that he approached the situation with general care and did what he could to help me!

I just had a very efficient gentleman by the name of Dan from value heating and Boise come in not only Repair my home situation but give me so much advice on things I never knew I needed to do. I am a widow and I’m left with a lot of questions that I never had to tend to. He spent extra time in explaining simple details that I needed to know. On time, knowledgeable and fixed our furnace. Dan knew what he was talking about and did not try to sell me a new system before he looked into the problem. I had a different company look at it and they were ready to sell me a new furnace before even diagnosing the problem. It was a simple fix and is heating properly. Can't recommend Dan enough!
I was so impressed with the help I received from Value heating. They were so knowledgeable and helpful. They went above and beyond what was expected. they even responded to me after hours when I had a question. I have never received customer service like this before. I highly recommend Value heating.
Great Service. On time and fast. Also willing to give me a lesson on how to best use and maintain my humidifier. I appreciate the patience in explaining everything and answering all of my questions.
Responded so fast and was here in no time to fix our AC unit on an 100+ degree day. Dan took the time to save us today! Responsible, knowledgeable and overall fantastic service. We won't be using anyone else!
Dont ever call dan.. he is unprofessional, comes out and does nothing then charges you.. i had a friend I found out that actually kicked him off his property. He came out 3 times in the matter of a couple of months should have recommended to replace my ac unit and instead it ended up quitting compmetely in the middle of a heat wave. I have now been 2 weeks in 100 degree weather with no ac. I am so livid! I only gave one star because google makes me mark something..
Old AC quit working right before a HOT spell right before a 3-day weekend. Dan came right out, diagnosed the problem, and was able to find an old outdated fan motor and other needed parts to get me fixed up by the beginning of the following week. Very impressed and very pleased! Thank you!
