Max was so kind and professional. Our heater started blowing cold air and he was quick to come to us and get it working again. Working with Max was a piece of cake! Very easy to communicate with, prompt service, GREAT pricing, and a job well done! We got a new AC and Furnace for almost half the price quoted to us by other local companies. Highly recommend!
Last year I gave them 5 stars for taking care of emergency at our HOA community center for a reasonable price. Today I'm adding to my review as they installed my new furnace and added central air yesterday. Max is timely, professional, efficient, and reasonably priced. Max is the best. Service calls have always been prompt. Costs have been reasonable. Today he was here and had the problem repaired in three hours. This home is a summer rental and hot water had quit. Not good for guests paying serious money per night. Max saved the day--again. I like to support local small business like North Country, especially when they the best.
Having smelled an odor like onions in the air and my eyes watering from the irritation, we called north country heating and cooling. Max came as agreed the next day and diagnosed quickly that it was carbon monoxide. I still wasn't alarmed, but he convinced me it was very dangerous, which I realized later he was absolutely correct. We arranged to have the furnace replaced the next day. The heat exchanger had burned through. Max came on time, got the job done by noon. and even re-positioned the whole house humidifier to fit. We have safe heat and a comfortable humidified home! I am very grateful to Max and his crew for the professionalism, care and quality that we received. His service is the best I've encountered. I look forward to the annual inspection, because I know I won"t get needless service or pressured to replace items that don't need replacing. Most appliances in the house are approaching 20 years of service. Any replacing that may need to be done, we'll have North Country Heating and Cooling do it.
