We have used Premier Heating and Air since moving into our house 13 years ago and have been extremely happy with the service we have received. They have done maintenance and repairs on our hvac system all along. Recently we decided to have them replace our 20+ year old system, and they came out with a whole crew and did an excellent job installing our new system very quickly. Whenever, we have had any questions they return our calls promptly.
Had a new filter system installed. Found company from neighbor. Good job good service

Professional and prompt heater repair service! Our call was returned in minutes and we were added to the schedule same day. Our technician was James and he was great! He explained what was wrong with our heater and what he was doing to fix it. I highly recommend Premier!

Premier was out to fix my A/C unit the next morning! I might be biased but I’ve been using them for 13 years now & they always get the job done right!
Yesterday afternoon was a big downer when we realized at 4:30 pm that our AC was kaput. I was so distraught my hair was turning pink. Anyway, I called Premier at 4:35pm and let's just start with: 1) Drew arrived at 8:30 the very next morning. 2) The folks here seem well trained in customer service skills. 3) Knowledgeable. 4) 10 am Up and Running! Drew did a wonderful job taking care of us on a 105 degree day:)
Mike was my service technician and was so fast smart and efficient. Kind polite and got the unit fixed and running in minutes!
The fan inside the furnace fell off the motor shaft. They were able to come out and replace everything, and did it cheaper than another service.
I highly recommend Premier Heating and Air Conditioning! Very prompt service, they could have came out the day I called but I wasn't available so they came out the following morning first thing. Very knowledgeable and fair prices! I will always be their customer for when I need this type of service. Highly recommend!! You won't be disappointed.
They have taken care of my system since 2006. They are amazing, very quick, skilled, thoughtful of your property and your time. I know I have had budget challenges but they have worked with me and having them maintenance my system yearly keeps you on top of anything that might come up. Over all I am super happy with these guys.
I was very pleased and surprised that Premier came out the same day I called. The unit would not act up for the technician while he was here, but he tested and inspected everything anyway. There was no problem to be found, so he said to call back if it starts acting up again and refused to take payment because he didn't fix anything! I will not hesitate to call them again and hopefully give them some of my money next time :)
