We always use J&D. They have never done us wrong. The technicians are always polite and efficient. And their prices are extremely reasonable!
We can’t say enough about the service we get from J&D. They keep us up an running year round. Noah, our technician, is most excellent. He knows us and our system. It’s like having a friend come for a visit. Highly recommend J&D for anyone looking for an ethical, locally owned business. We had Ryan this time… same evaluation. Great service as always.

Cody was fantastic. Had an issue after the AC tune-up and he came back at nearly 2200 to solve the problem—which he did in less than two minutes. He was courteous and knowledgeable, and went out of his way to provide outstanding customer service. Thanks, Cody!
Jens was super professional and efficient. He came out for a diagnostic check, identified the problem quickly and was able to fix it all in less than an hour. Would definitely recommend J&D.
Kenny performed our yearly heat pump air conditioning maintenance check up. He's fantastic!
John Martinez is our new Adam. Since Adam has missed his last 3 appointments with us, it's going to be OK. John is as good as Adam so we want him to come now. He was very thorough in explanations of how our unit was running and what could possibly be something for next time. He put in a new filter and finished in a timely manner. He asked about anything else....and I told him our Air Scrubber wasn't scrubbing. He checked it and the blue light wasn't on. This means it isn't working. Duh...I knew it wasn't cleaning my air good at all. John had a new one on the truck. Wouldn't you know he had his truck well stocked with anything we'd need. We also talked to him about vent cleaning, and yes you all do that too. He signed us up for next Wednesday. We then paid for the maintenance, new part for Air Scrubber, and vent cleaning including our dryer. Close to $1000. So we'll be sure and pick up pie this year. Maybe even two !! We have been with J&D for over 12 years and are happy to say that you all are a good company and have taken care of us real well. Thank you, Linda Basile
They didnt show up, or even call and made excuse after excuse for their unprofessionalism. This place is a joke.. If you dont want my business just say so.
Desten did a great job explaining the service he provided and the potential problems that may arise. He was very professional, courteous and friendly. He left a copy of the comprehensive checklist to review and keep for my records. This is the second time a service rep from J & D has provided maintenance service for me and I am a satisfied customer. I would recommend them without hesitation. They have great follow up and great customer service. Thank you again, Desten for the wonderful service!
